Cute little private house with a relaxed and eclectic vibe on a quiet street within a mile from the town of Gulfport and a few miles from downtown St Petersburg shops and restaurants and museums.
Treasure Island beaches are also just a short drive away for beautiful sunsets

Eclectic décor, simple accommodations, a budget place that was exactly what we needed

The house was small but cozy, just right for my daughter and I. I would characterize the accommodations as simple, there's nothing luxury about it, but it absolutely did the job and it was priced right. The backyard is very cute, and the location makes it easy to get from place to place (we spent time in both St. Petersburg and Tampa, in addition to Gulfport, and everything was very accessible). Nice quiet neighborhood.

Sweet and cozy

The house was perfect for my husband and I. It was close to restaurants and water. Also close to St. Petersburg and other nearby beaches. Leo, the host, was helpful along the way. I highly recommend this property.

Lovely little home base for vacation

We loved staying here! The photos don’t do it justice. The couch is comfy, the beds are comfy, kitchen has the amenities you’d want, and the back yard is huge and has plenty of seating. Nice quiet neighborhood. It was $15 with a tip to Lyft to the beach and downtown. Only downside was that the wifi didn’t work. We messaged the host and found out the login info in the listing was wrong, but even when we got connected with the right password, the router wasn’t getting a signal from the modem so we couldn’t use any wifi. We messaged about it but didn’t hear back.

Perfect for our needs

We chose this property for the first few days of a three week Florida vacation and it suited our needs perfectly. Ideally located for exploring St Petersburg, Clearwater and Gulfport itself, the house is immaculately presented, clean, and with everything you could need for a short stay. It is exactly as presented in the images and description. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, within a short drive of all amenities. Highly recommended.

Short Vacation

Not sure if this is a vacation property. The concept of vacation property is being clearly defined by Hotels, Cruises, even Motels. You stay, relax and enjoy. All of the above provide basics articles to be used. But this property is different....The property is okay. Location is average. AC unit is loud. Please be aware Tip is enforced by Owner, or an extra charge will be on your account. The bathroom articles are not to be used. My family didn't even used it but mistakenly took the toothpaste and the owner sent two emails about the toothpaste, claiming we stole it. Also, used bed sheets and towels were left on the floor like we do when we stay at hotels or in a cruise but the owner had other expectations, unfortunately there were no posted anywhere. He charged 30.00 extra which we paid, please be aware if no specific instructions are posted on the property rules like in this case, you don't have to pay, but if you do pay the extra charge VRBO won't refund the money, it is up to the Owner. We are not complaining about $30., But the communication with guests is deficient, there is always a way to improve.

Nice little place to stay in not to far from the beach

Not a bad place to stay in. Very clean and has usable stuff in the place. I've never been to florida, but this doesnt seem like the best area to be in. Most of the stores around were pretty ghetto and people roaming the streets lookin crazy but it didnt bother me just fyi.

Family Getaway

House was perfect for our little family getaway and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located to all our fun during our stay. Our kids felt comfortable and loved the backyard as this was their first time in Florida. Thank you for a great place to stay!
