The Summit Grand-72, a beautifully decorated at the Summit, is ready to be your home away from home to let you enjoy everything Mammoth Lakes has to offer! The entire condo has been fully remodeled with slate floors, a custom fireplace, and an updated kitchen with custom cabinets and granite countertops throughout. The spacious living area provides enough seating for the entire group! Kick back, relax, and watch your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV while the wood-burning fireplace warms up the entire house. The furnished balcony offers wonderful mountain and ski views and a comfortable dining area. The master bedroom features a king-size Tempurpedic bed for your convenience and to provide restful nights after a long day exploring the nearby surroundings and hitting the slopes. Take advantage of the Summit’s shared amenities that include outdoor swimming pools (summer months only), four year-round outdoor spas, saunas, a seasonal tennis court, BBQ area, newly-upgraded fitness center, and community laundry facilities!

You’ll be in a prime location near plenty of outdoor activities, ski centers, trails, and downtown Mammoth Lakes, and only steps away from Chair 15 Eagle Express at Eagle Lodge Mammoth Mountain. The Sierra Star Golf Course is only a half-mile from your vacation rental while the Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort is just five miles west, offering a variety of activities including bike parks, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, skiing, ice climbing, and more! And for incredible hiking adventures, the Crystal Lake Trailhead is less than six miles south of this rental.

Amazing location! Comfortable and convenient!

The owners clearly love their property. Everything is in great shape and well cared for. Even down the to the smallest details like towel hooks are thoughtful placed. You feel comfortable and welcomed here!

Bathroom/shower Drain Problems

Both upstairs and downstairs bathroom shower/tub drains were severely clogged, resulting in standing water that would not drain. Called Vacasa, but issue was not resolved. Gross and very disappointing.

No Air Conditioning or Elevator

Was very hot while we were there and not having air was difficult along with carting everything up the stairs with an infant. Would be really nice to have an elevator. Overall we has a wonderful time!!

We had a wonderful vacation! The condo was clean, quiet and easy to access. The 2 upstairs bedrooms were a bit warm, but thankfully the owners provided fans. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Ski trip

We loved the location of this property with close proximity to the slopes. The property managers tried to address our minor problems, however, it would have been better to not have any issues. Issues were the tvs didn’t work and the pull out sofa wasn’t clean. Fortunately, we didn’t absolutely need the tvs but…

Great location near eagle lodge/lift

Location was key for this enjoyable stay. Was able to walk to the lifts across the street. Check-in process was a little difficult with no instructions before check-in time and no response to messages, however, we were able to figure it out by the time we got there.

Good place right next to the slopes

My family of 5 adults and 2 kids stayed in this place for a long weekend and it was as good a place as we could get last minute. Pro: Walking distance to Eagle, lots of space, full kitchen with utensils, 2 parking spaces Cons: We had minimal supplies and we were expected to get more on our own [1 trash bag, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 paper towels] When you have 9 people living in 1 place for 5 days that goes by very quickly - they should have the supply closet open/available. There was no place/entryway to put skis, so had to drag them to the balcony in fear of ruining carpet All the furniture was very used - couch was uncomfortable, and leather peeling off on the edges of larger chair. We booked last minute and price was good for 7 people - if the price is still right we would book again in the future.

Relaxing summer vacation

This is one of the nicest condos we have stayed in when we come to Mammoth. Kitchen is fully stocked and the toiletries were a nice inclusion. The condo is decorated very nicely, the bedrooms are large and sitting on the balcony listening to the wind blow through the pine trees is very relaxing. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is to provide more sleeping pillows for the beds. It was a minor point in an otherwise lovely stay at a great condo.

Hey guys, Having received this and made my decision to come to Mammoth base on it:: Hi there, At Vacasa, the health and safety of our guests is our number one priority. With your upcoming vacation in mind, we want to make you aware of the additional steps we are taking to mitigate the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19). Between each stay in a Vacasa home, and across all our regions and offices, our local cleaning and maintenance teams have deployed enhanced cleaning procedures, in line with World Health Organization (WHO) and Health and Safety Executive (HSE) recommendations. For more detailed information about what we’re doing to help preserve the health and safety of guests like you, as well as additional resources, please visit our website. We are monitoring this situation closely and deploying specific policies with guidance from the WHO, Center for Disease Control (CDC), and travel advisories. As the situation evolves, we will continue to share important information with you as it relates to your upcoming trip. I expected an extra clean space for myself and my family. Unfortunately, quite the opposite is what we experienced. This all culminated with me sleeping on old spaghetti from some long ago guest in the pull out bed. Great location comfortable home.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Summit as we walked to the Eagle Lift and then at the end of the day we enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. We also enjoyed the western - mountain theme.

Great vacation rental.
