Luxury Living – Desert Style … This vacation home offers perfect Indoor-Outdoor Living.  The spacious, private backyard features lush landscaping, a covered outdoor seating area with two ceiling fans, a choice of two dining areas, two chaise lounges, outdoor speakers throughout the patio and yard, a built-in gas grill and saline pool and spa.  The pool has a tanning shelf which is fitted for an umbrella for shade.  There is also a front entry courtyard that offers additional outdoor living and features comfortable seating and lounging areas and an outdoor gas fireplace.

Love the open floorplan … Throughout the day, bright, natural light streams in through the many well placed widows throughout the great room, and in the evenings, a beautiful stone fireplace warms and illuminates creating a cozy, inviting space.  This open living space offers plenty of room to entertain family and friends.  The living room features an oversize sectional sofa with chaise offering lots of comfortable seating and a large flat-screen cable TV.  The formal dining area has been furnished with a table that seats six and there is additional bar seating for three at the kitchen counter.

The owner has provided NetFlix, but guests can easily add their private NetFlix, Hulu, etc. accounts.   There is a convenient Jack and Jill bath between these two guest bedrooms with his and hers vanities and separate toilet, bath/shower. 

The fourth bedroom is actually an attached Casita and could be considered a second primary bedroom or mother-in-law suite.  It has perfect separation from the other bedrooms and main living areas.  This bedroom has been furnished with a queen bed with luxurious bedding, ceiling fan, Roku TV and a private ensuited with walk-in shower.  It also has a private entrance leading to the front patio.

The beds are1 King and 3 Queens.  Cable TV in living room, media room, master bedroom, casita bedroom.  Smart streaming TVs in Jack and Jill bedrooms.

Rentals minimum 30 days

There is a generous cap on gas and electric to cover utilities.  Please ask for information.

Any utility deposits not used, when the utility statements are received, they will be pro- rated. Any difference will be refunded back. We believe one should pay for just what they use, nothing more.

Visits are a minimum of 30 days per community HOA and City of Palm Desert Rules

NOTE:  There is a cap on gas and electric of $200 per month. The gas and electric meters are read on the day of guest arrival and again on the day of departure. The owner will pay the first $200 per month of the combined gas and electric charges. Usage in excess of the cap will be deducted from the security deposit to reimburse the owner. A full accounting will be provided 30 to 45 days from guest departure date, allowing time for owners to receive and submit their gas and electric bills to Vacation Rentals of the Desert, and any deposit funds remaining will be refunded per the terms of the Vacation Rental Contract.  If guest usage of gas and electric exceeds the security deposit the guest is responsible for the overage. The overage will be charged to the card on file after the guest has an opportunity to review the utility usage calculations.
