L'Epine is a friendly village on the island of Noirmoutier, connected to the Vendée by a bridge and a submergible road, the Gois. On this side of the island, it is extended by a succession of sandy beaches and fishing areas on foot. The coastal paths and bike tours crisscross the island, cross the salt marshes, join Noirmoutier and its colorful market, the beautiful beach of Bois de la Chaize, the bustling port of Herbaudière, the pretty village of Le Vieux ...
