Ideally located in a small quiet and green residence, you will appreciate not having to take your vehicle to do your shopping (7min), go to the beach (5min) or walk on the port (10 min). The villa is located 500 m from the Capellans shopping center (bakeries, fishmongers, butchers, grocers, pizzerias, restaurants, shops, press ...), close to Aqualand, the Grand Stade, the mini-golf.

- A living room furnished with a sofa bed (bed 2 people), a TV, a stereo, a fan and a mobile air conditioning.
