The main formal living room has comfortable, modern furniture and French doors that open on both sides of the room: one to the MARSH-VIEW PORCHES and the other to the pool courtyard. The second living room area on this level features a large flat-screen TV, pull-out sleeper sofa, and is an ideal place for watching shows or your favorite sports game.
