The main entrance of the villa overlooks the living room with kitchen, a bedroom with closet and bathroom, a separate toilet, and direct access to the garage.
Upstairs, two bedrooms, a beautiful office space, a bathroom, a toilet.
A parking space outside.
Close to shops, bus stops, beaches, train station! Ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the Principality of Monaco, Menton and Nice with its international airport. Ten minutes to reach the motorway and discover Italy, its restaurants, markets, Ventimiglia or San Remo.
