Bungalow with pool and garden
Fantastic bungalow with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, 2 terraces, garden, pool, air conditioning. Ideal to enjoy the sun, relax and the beach and dunes that are just 300m. With all the facilities nearby (supermarkets, restaurants, shops)
Equipped with a double bed. Sofa in the secondary room, washing machine, laundry and everything you need to enjoy.
House's rules:
-Smoking is not allowed.
-The visits are not allowed.
-It is not allowed to exceed the contracted capacity.
-No parties are allowed, neighbors tell us.
- The DNI of all guests will be requested, in accordance with current legislation.
Check out;
The apartment should be swept, scrubbed and free of sand. The toilet and bathroom must be clean. The kitchen should be collected, without grease and the crockery. They should not leave open food in the fridge or outside it (we do not use it). Do not leave garbage and wet towels lying.
We do not want a thorough cleaning, but if the guests keep it clean and collected.
In case of not following the rules, the deposit will be used.
