Beautiful condo right on the beach at The Princess!

Welcome to your next beach vacation, RIGHT ON THE BEACH, we’re excited you’re here! As you walk into our 1750sqft three-bedroom, three-bath gulf front condo you will see it was recently renovated. Every detail was thought of and in place to create a relaxing beach vacation. Nestled on the 5th floor, our condo offers gorgeous gulf front views, a nearly 300sqft balcony extending across the entire living room and master bedroom, and the best part is it’s only steps from the condo to your TWO reserved FREE beach chairs (from March 1 to October 1st).

This newly renovated unit has an open concept living room and kitchen with floor to ceiling glass doors looking out to the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to stay in and cook, make a frozen drink or throw something in the crockpot for dinner. Enjoy a sunset dinner on the balcony, at our large 6 seat kitchen table, and/or at the 4 seated kitchen-bar! The wet bar is a huge bonus with a mini-fridge, additional storage, and a small sink. Next to the kitchen, you’ll find the extra-large laundry room with a big tub sink, another mini-fridge, room to store your beach bags and full-size washer and dryers!

The living room has plenty of seating and entertainment for the whole family with a new sleeper sofa, love seat, lounge chair, and a large wicker chair. Stream your favorite movies or shows on the 55-inch flat-screen TV with smart streaming features. We also have games for you and your family to enjoy!

The master bedroom has a king-size bed overlooking the beach and has access to the extra-large balcony. It includes furniture space for your clothing and a TV. The large master bathroom has a walk-in closet, jacuzzi tub, and shower.

Second bedroom has two Queen beds and a smart TV. There is a bathroom attached to this bathroom with access as well to the hallway.

Third bedroom has a king-size bed, smart TV, and a private bathroom.

Enjoy a cup a coffee in the morning or watch the sunset in the evening on our large balcony! The balcony has a table for dining and lounge chairs to relax.

This is a NON-smoking unit, inside and on the balcony.
Adult, family renters only and NO Pets.

What a beautiful condo that has everything we needed! Three generations shared a wonderful week together. Everything was just as pictured and described. The beach chairs made it so easy. Perfect Location too. Would love to go back and take our other children and grandchildren next year.

This was our first time staying at The Princess and we loved it! The condo was beautiful and spacious with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. It was the perfect amount of space for our two families. The kids loved the pools and easy access to the beach. The owners were great to work with. I highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

Perfect cottage style condo!
We LOVED our stay. This is one of my favorite places we have stayed at in PCB and we come yearly. We have stayed at the Princess numerous times and have always loved it. First stay in this particular condo and it was perfect! Up to date decor and had a lot of little extras that condos normally don’t have. We will definitely be renting this unit again! This place was amazing and so cozy and cute!

Relaxing Week at the Beach
This was our first visit to the Princess. The property is clean, well maintained and very relaxing. It is on the quiet end of the beach and it was a pleasant change not to hear mufflers, car horns and screaming all day and night. The amenities were above and beyond our expectations. The unit we had was beautiful and very well equipped and maintained. We will definitely be back!
