This superior luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bath, first floor duplex apartment boasts one of the best southwest positions in San Caytetano. Lovely, quiet location.
A nice quiet place, car is ideally essential. Owner was super helpful and accommodating for us. There is plenty of places to go out and eat within a 10 minute drive. Would stay again for sure.

Vacaciones en familia
Pasamos una semana los abuelos, los niños y los papás y lo disfrutamos mucho, la casa tiene todo lo que necesitas, la comunicación ha sido fantástica. Esta a 15 minutos de la playa y de cualquier servicio. Hay un pequeño supermercado cerca para ir andando. En general muy bien, calidad precio increíble.

We were so lucky to find the apartment gets the sun all day so we were able to sunbathe on the top balcony completely in private. The apartment had everything we needed and was perfect location to enable us yo visit the beach & some fantastic restaurants. So good we already rebooked.

Magnifique appartement.
Merci à Liam et à Jackie, car nous avons passés un séjour magnifique. L’appartement est propre et très fonctionnel. Il y a tout à proximité, commerces, centre commercial et pleins d’autres boutiques très pratique. Ainsi que la piscine qui est vraiment un plus et qui se trouve à 1 min à pieds de l’appartement. Nous avons adorés nos vacances et nous recommandons fortement cette location, vous pouvez y allez les yeux fermés. Liam est actif pour les messages ainsi que Jackie qui est adorable. Lovely Apartment
We stayed here for two weeks and it was fantastic. The facilities are excellent and the apartment is situated in a lovely village. We have been coming here for many years as my mam owns a property in the complex. Liam is very attentive and we were very happy with our stay. We would definitely book the apartment again.

Terrible experience which nearly spoiled our entire stay
Booked and paid for stay, only to have the first two days cancelled the day before we arrived. Refund for the two days was not refunded for 15 days. We then struggled to find alternative accomodation and would have cancelled the whole thing but for the ridiculous refund policy, where we wouldn't get our money back for 15 days. I will think twice about using Vrbo again. appalling customer service.

Mejor de lo que me imaginaba
La verdad que toda la experiencia a sido muy buena , tanto en comunicación con el propietario , como con la entrega de las llaves , gente super amable. La limpieza de la casa se ve y se huele nada mas entrar , el aire acondicionado (indispensable en esta zona) funciona perfectamente en todas las habitaciones , la habitacion de matrimonio el colchon es super comodo.. la cocina super equipada ,, tiene supermercado al lado para comprar .. y piscina publica a 20 metros , precio 2 eur al dia .. que se tiene que pagar en una aplicacion del ayuntamiento donde te tienes que dar de alta.(los horarios deberian ser mas amplios pero contra eso no se puede hacer nada ya que es del ayuntamiento , para mi es el unico pero) La playa mas cercana está a 12 min en coche en santiago de la rivera. En resumen la casa muy bien , y si lo que quieres es moverte por la zona y ir a visitar sitios cada dia ya que esta cerca de todas las zonas de interes y no os importa mover el coche , este es vuestro sitio.

Un dúplex prácticamente nuevo, con todas las comodidades y muy limpio. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien y todas las estancias son muy espaciosas. Estoy seguro que volveremos a repetir, ya que el precio es muy bajo para todo lo que ofrece.

The Apt was very Clean!! The village is a small nice place in 15 min. By car you are on random beaches. Liam is a very friendly person the communication was very good and quickly. I love the place

We were bit apprehensive about staying n a duplex because of the stairs but the handrails were adequate for our needs the appt had most items available for day to day needs it was well presented,and aircon very adequate for what turned out to be a very hot two and a half weeks late Sept early Oct wifi was good as was choice of TV entertainment when needed would not hesitate to book this place again
