Ideally located in the heart of the Ossau valley (market town of Aas), close to ski resorts (10 minutes from Gourette, 30 minutes from Artouste), hiking departures, from the town of Laruns (media library, swimming pool, cinema , climbing room, show, thermal establishment), you will enjoy the calm of a charming mountain village while admiring a panoramic view in the sun on the terrace or in the warmth by the fire.

Facing south, spacious (4 bedrooms, large living room, American kitchen, 1 bathroom, pantry), comfortable, this accommodation will accommodate up to 7 people. Children are welcome there (outdoor and indoor games, high chair, travel cot with mattress, potty, reducer, bed rail, staircase security, etc.).

LE gîte idéal pour des vacances avec des enfants
Nous avons passé un séjour parfait. Nous étions deux familles avec des petits (2 et 4 ans) et tout est prévu pour que tout le monde soit content. Les équipements pour les enfants sont complets, avec des tonnes de jeux et de livres qui ont fait des heureux! Terrasse et jardin avec vue à couper le souffle pour les parents. Beaucoup d'espace pour tous, literie confortable, et équipement de cuisine hyper complet, génial pour ceux qui cuisinent beaucoup comme nous. Bref, on espère revenir un jour !

Semaine exceptionnelle
Très belle maison équipée comme il faut. Complètement adaptée pour les jeunes enfants. Maison tres bien placée par rapport aux commodités, randonnées et visites. Isabelle s'est rendue disponible et tres agréable lors de notre arrivée. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Ruime, comfortabele woning in een rustige omgeving.
De woning is hoog gelegen boven Laruns. Vanuit het terras was het uitzicht naar het dal helaas beperkt, vanwege de hoge heg. Toen wij er verbleven, waren de buurhuizen niet bewoond, waardoor het heel erg rustig was.

Belle maison familiale avec vue panoramique.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison chaleureuse, très bien équipée (électroménager et TV lecteur DVD barre de son). Jardin agréable avec vue panoramique. Pièce de vie très accueillante, parking. Nombreuses balades à proximité. Accueil efficace et agréable par une dame qui réside sur place. Propriétaire très à l'écoute. Pour que tout soit parfait , une petite révision du lit en 140 dans la grande chambre serait souhaitable.
