This villa, located in Monbazillac, is ideal for 8 vacationers. It offers 4 bedrooms, a private pool from 01 July to 31 August, a furnished garden and a terrace.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV, an iPod docking station, a radio and a Hi-Fi.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 6 or outside, in the garden or on the terrace.
The villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower, and 3 including a double bed, The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, a shower and a toilet. A separate toilet is available
The villa features central heating, a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment, a washing machine, a dryer, cleaning products and a desk.
Note that towels and tourist tax are included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 80 euros to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 60 euros to be paid on site.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are allowed on demand. Parties are not allowed.
