Beautiful Basque house of 200m2 surrounded by a garden of 2500m2, quiet, not overlooked, 5 minutes from the golf course of Nivelle and the center of Saint Jean de Luz, equidistant from the beaches of Hendaye or Bidart (15 about minutes by the back country roads). The house is surrounded by a large L-shaped terrace enjoying an unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside; a lean-to has a BBQ and garden furniture. The living room, very spacious, has a fireplace and is facing south. The ground floor consists of a spacious entrance, a large living room - dining room, a kitchen, a laundry room, as well as 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and 1 bathroom. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with terrace and views of the Rhune, a 3rd garden side, and a large bathroom (sleeps 12 in total).
