Very beautiful recent villa overlooking the residential area of the charming village of Allex, in the heart of the Drôme, between Vercors and Ardeche.
With a large swimming pool (10x5) fully secured, with pool house and shower and an open and covered terrace of 30 m2, the property of 1500 m2 enjoys a panoramic view of the roofs and mountains and a beautiful landscaped garden.
It offers 3 separate bedrooms, each with a double bed. 2 more beds can be used in addition (office with sofa bed and extra bed). The house is ideal for 6 people.
Villa very well equipped including: water softener, fixed fans (2 interior lights, outdoor terrace), mosquito nets to all windows, electric shutters to all windows.
Plancha gas outside available (at the pool house), electric gate overlooking the closed parking 4 cars.
