Whether it is enjoying the outdoors, work, restaurants, or breweries that brings you here, this home is perfectly located. North Vancouver has many outdoor attractions for your enjoyment including the Capilano Suspension Bridge, Lynn Valley, and Grouse Mountain. There is nothing better than a day full of outdoor activities when there is a warm, cozy fireplace waiting for you at home.

You will be close to tons of restaurants and pubs, be sure to ask us for some of our favourites! The house is perfect for those who don't like to stay in condos. You won't have to deal with pesky elevators or waiting in lobbies. You will access to the whole home and private street access. The House
Our recently-renovated home features cozy-modern décor, and quality appliances and furnishings. The layout of the house is perfect for couples or single individuals. You will have access to 1 master bedroom and 1 ensuite bathroom with enough room to sleep 2 comfortably. The home is outfitted with a high-quality bed, towels and linens, and is fully stocked with basic amenities. There are three floors and a rooftop deck within the home which gives it a loft-like appearance.

First Floor: The bottom floor is the entrance, master bedroom, and laundry area.
Second Floor: The second floor is the living room, equipped with a cocktail bar, TV, fireplace, and porch. Take a minute to enjoy the stunning views of downtown Vancouver.
Third Floor: The third floor is the kitchen which is fully stocked with cookware, dishware, and utensils. The kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, Nespresso, a coffee machine, a microwave, an electric kettle, and a new refrigerator.
Deck/Patio: It has a fire pit, a dining table, couches, and a BBQ. (If the weather permits) please enjoy this area and the beautiful tea-lights!
