Really nice looking apartment and great location

Really nice experience, prompt response and professional support. Friendly staff and security personnel, Kim has a wonderful personality to boost the pleasure of staying. Will definitely recommend and go back again.

Great weekend getaway

We rented this unit for a visit with nearby family members. The place was spacious and bright and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect. Walkable to Lake Eola, many restaurants, farmer’s market and coffee shops. Would definitely stay again.

Phenomenal and Extraordinary

Overall experience was top notch. The Master Bedroom Shower need a soap dish so you aren't holding the soap the whole time you are showing. There was nowhere to hang your towels in the bathroom neither. But other than those things the accommodation was spectacular.

Perfect for our stay!

This property was perfect for our needs. We really appreciated the host’s responsiveness to our questions. Secure parking in the building was great too! A nice area to visit with many restaurants within walking distance. All in all a winner!

Amazing Home - Best VRBO stay!!

Location was perfect. So many dining options were within walking distance, or you could hop on a scooter and scoot around town. The home was clean and easy to access. Host Elisa, was a gem! Communication was great with super quick responses. Looking forward to making this my primary place to stay when in Orlando. Thank you for everything!

Nice, convenient and clean

We had a very nice stay at the apartment. It was clean and had all we needed. Lake Eola was a close 5-7 min walk. They were doing construction which was not too much of an issue and the building itself should start to look nicer. the construction concerned me with people able to go in and out easily but because we didn't stay more than a couple days I was okay with it. Owner responded quickly, made check in and check out really easy!! I would stay here again if needed.

Excellent Location for Thanksgiving Week

We had a nice stay at this property and appreciated the good location, indoor parking, nice decorating, clean condition, quick responses to questions and comfortable environment. However, there were a few amenities that did not exist or details that were overlooked. It would have been helpful to know this property did not have cable/satellite TV and did not have any items in the pantry, as indicated in the listing like salt, pepper or other basics. In addition, there was almost no hand soap, no paper towels, no tissue, no laundry soap, and a burned out lightbulb in the bathroom. With a little more attention this would be a great place to stay.

Our stay

Not sure if it’s the same property as above. The floors are different (outdated wood). The bathrooms need major updating and the laundry room is not at all what the pictures are. Maybe the pictures are a sister property. The furniture itself is great. But when it comes to the upkeep of the property, it could definitely be better and in need of some major improvements including the bathrooms and ceilings (patch work). We also had to go buy a fan due to it not working in one of the rooms which was disappointing due to the temperature in Florida. The property manager was although very responsive and willing to send a cleaning service. Which I appreciate. But it’s not that it wasn’t clean. The shower just needs major updating. I would’ve been willing to even pay more if I got everything it looked like in the pictures.

Downtown life

Very well kept property. Loved the windows and all the natural lighting. We also enjoyed watching people walk their dogs when we sat outside. Very cozy although it is downtown! We loved it.

Convenient Stay

The place was located in a great neighborhood near resturants in walking distance. The condo was very clean and had every thing one would need. Unfortunately it's a 20 minutes drive to everything on Internatinal Drive (Convention Center). Only two things missing: rack for towels and safety rail in shower in the master bath. Would I rent this locations again? Yes

Amazing Stay!!!

This was an amazing place to stay in Orlando and so happy I chose it. The place was exactly as pictured if not better. The location was awesome. So close to Lake Eola and the restaurants. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a super awesome stay in Orlando.

Upscale condo, plenty of room, very comfortable

We were in Orlando for eight days. We wanted to be close to the Lake Eola area. The condo was well furnished and comfortable. We felt like we were in an upscale condo. Having laundry in the condo was great. Secure parking. The beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again. Lisa was very responsive when we had questions.
