Welcome to Chatham living at its best. This property combines magnificent ocean views and an ideal in-town location, as well as exceptional, top-line accommodations, totally renovated in 2019. You'll be transfixed by the sweeping views of North Beach, Tern Island and the Atlantic beyond. And you'll relish those vistas from not only the spacious deck and yard, but from the sun-room, kitchen, dining area, master bedroom and more.

It's less than 10 minutes on foot to the venerable Chatham Bars Inn and a mile to downtown Chatham, the Cape's most idyllic village center. It's also under half a mile to the nearest beach and there are several others within a short drive.

The owners have totally renovated their nearly 3,000 square foot home with many custom features and finishes. The sparkling new, spacious kitchen has everything you could ever want, including that striking, omnipresent ocean view. The bright, airy, open main level living space centers on the beautifully furnished living room, with a flat screen HDTV. The lounge area flows into the cheery, high tone dining room and out to the oversized deck with its panoramic water views. You'll no doubt choose to dine outside most days. Additional expansive living space is provided by the roomy sun-room with a second, large flat screen TV.

The home offers four bedrooms and three full baths. All four bedrooms are on the second level. There's the king master with a private full bath en suite. Next, a roomy bedroom with a queen size bed and views of the ocean from your pillow! The final two bedrooms have two twin beds each. There is a second full bath upstairs with a combination tub/shower. The third full bath is on the main level.

Outside, you'll enjoy the large, private lot and spend many pleasant hours on the big, fully furnished deck with that stunning view. Here you'll find the gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower. Another plus: a large level lawn where kids can run and play safely.

This home has central air conditioning, high-speed WiFi and pets are considered.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $ 225. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.

This property offers a three-night minimum stay outside of July and August. The property is available for guests year-round and guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.

Great place to visit Chatham

This property is clean and very well maintained. The interior kitchen and living areas are VERY spacious and well laid out. It has a beautiful front and rear yard, each with various lush plantings. The rear yard has a very nice view of the ocean and is perfectly situated for lounging, reading, etc. Inside and out are very well equipped. It’s a very short distance to Chatham, the beaches, and seal watching at the fish market. Overall, this property made for a great hub to both visit Chatham as well as relax at “home.” Highly recommended.

Chatham Vacation

We had the best time ! The house was amazing! We loved the location, the water views, the large yard, the ability to walk to town, The Fish Pier, Chatham Bars etc. There was plenty of space for the 8 of us. We loved the size of the deck and the rocking chairs, table for outside dining etc. We would definitely recommend this property!

Family get-together

The home was perfect! The location ideal for getting anywhere in Chatham, from the Lighthouse to town to the airport and Hardings Beach. Spent a lot of time sitting outside on the deck and enjoying the view. Highly recommend this house for your group.

Memorial Weekend

Very nice property. Beautiful views. Fairly well appointed. Could use more coffee cups and more assorted barware, mostly stemware provided- we had a group of seven adults and maxed out the mugs and drink glasses pretty quickly. Just a couple of games -- bring your own if you want them. No toiletries provided - shower gel, etc. would be nice to have. Other places we have stayed provide this - very nice amenity to consider for the future. Also, some throw blankets around the downstairs would be a nice touch - we had some cool evenings! A printout of basic info like trash schedule, closing duties would be nice on site for guests not wanting to constantly find phone and check an app. Overall very nice place. We would stay again.

Beautiful place with stunning views

The property would work great for a large family or groups of friends. We didn’t use two of the bedrooms, but there’s plenty of room. Beautiful updated kitchen with all amenities. I wish the weather had been a little warmer and less windy where we could have enjoyed the beautiful views from the back deck.

Location was amazing

House was older with renovations, lots of sloped floors. Downstairs was open and nice to have different sitting areas. Upstairs was disappointing. Beds in two of the four rooms were not for adults, and dangerous if you had children. Did not have the basic supplies when we arrived..no soap for the dishwasher or to bath with. One roll of TP in each bathroom for the week. 2 garbages bags for the week. Never had this with anywhere else we have stayed. When we called the Property Manager she was a little defensive, but once they realized the lack of essentials, they provided more than expected.

September on the Cape

Beautiful property, room for all, with a workable kitchen for all cooks to share! The house is very clean and the view from every room will make you want to stay put and enjoy this lovely home with friends and family. Pretty Picky Properties made our reservation, arrival and departure very easy. The hardest part of this vacation was getting everyone out of the house when it was time to leave. We all left wanting more.

We loved this property and its location. All the bedrooms are upstairs and the narrow staircase was a bit difficult for heavy suitcases but we managed. Excellent communications with Picky Properties on the management front.

Perfect Spot

This house was the perfect location for our family attending a wedding in Chatham. The kitchen is large and bright. There is plenty of room to spread out. The bedrooms are comfortable. The master bath is a bit small, but well appointed. What makes this house is the spectacular view. The sea, the sand bar, the changing panorama when the fog rolled in. Bring binoculars to see the abundant seals. And we had a resident red tailed hawk making its home literally outside the back door. In addition it’s just a short walk to town or the beach.

Great Chatham house for family - convenient to Chatham (15 minute walk to Main Street) and easy drives to other parts of the Cape. Beautiful view. Quiet and exclusive neighborhood; private and safe. Easy check-in (lockbox); communicative management company. Good laundry and fridge; decent Weber propane barbecue. Just to be aware: No direct beach access; narrow staircase may be tricky for the very elderly (all bedrooms upstairs).
