Lovely apartment in an old farmhouse, surrounded by olive trees in the Cilento hills with spectacular views of the Amalfi Coast and Capri, one km from the medieval town of Castellabate.
The 60 sqm apartment has a living area with sofa bed and kitchenette, a bedroom with double bed and a single bed, bathroom with shower. The apartment also has air conditioning, heating, TV and wifi. Large outdoor area with garden to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature.

A great place to relax

The location is excellent - less than 10 minutes by car to Castellabate center. The view from the front terrace and garden is very nice, the coastline below and the surrounding area, with beautiful sunsets, and a sofa and 2 deckchairs on the terrace to enjoy and relax. Privacy is great. The apartment is luxurious, with a well-equipped kitchen, including lots of things such as olive oil, coffee, drinks, and much more. The apartment is very clean and well-maintained. Ruggero and his wife Rosa were warm and welcoming, treated us to figs and almonds from their garden, and helped with restaurant reservation. The final stretch of road leading to the house is a bit worn down and with pot holes, but parking is on the front lawn right next to the front door, which is very convenient. Wifi is available, but the signal is not too strong. It is a very good place to relax, and can also serve as base for day tours to the coast, Agropoli, Paestum, Cilento National Park and other nearby sites.

Un angolo di paradiso

Abbiamo trascorso poco meno di 2 settimane nell'appartamento del Sig. Ruggero. Il posto è magico. Ci devi proprio voler arrivare perché non ci puoi passare. Pace e tranquillità. Una vista incredibile con tramonti bellissimi. nell'appartamento non manca pressoché nulla. Per essere puntigliosi forse mancano un paio di "presine" per prendere i manici della pentola dal fuoco; e forse pure un apri bottiglia. Ma veramente è un appartamento dotato di tutto. Un pensiero particolare per il Sig. Ruggero. Persona gentile, disponibile e con una passione ... fichissima

La casa è curata pulita ed accogliente. Il padrone di casa, sicuramentw educato e disponibile . Ci ha aiutato in tutto . La posizione, sulla sommità di un bellissimo poggio a fine strada molto tranquilla e con ingresso indipendente, dove i tramonti sono indimenticabili. Grazie

Un excellent séjour et de beaux souvenirs de cette terrasse

La location est exactement comme décrite. Tout est très propre et bien entretenu. La terrasse offre des couchers de soleil inoubliables sur l'île de Capri, le lit est grand et très confortable. Le service de blanchisserie hebdomadaire est impeccable. D'une façon générale l'emplacement permet à la fois d'être au calme et de rayonner dans le Cilento, sur la côte Amalfitaine et la baie de Naples. Ruggerro est une personne avenante, discrète et très précise, nous avons très bien été accueillis. L'équipement est très correct, nous avons suggéré à Ruggero de le compléter de quelques pièces pour ceux qui, comme nous, prenons volontiers nos repas à sur place.

Vieles war ausgezeichnet. Die Wohnung gut durchdacht, eingerichtet und sehr gute Investitionen. Gastgeber spricht nur Italienisch, Kommunikation schwierig. Internet knapp, wenige Bites, Waschmaschine „sharing“, Zone Parkplatz ist Freifläche vor Wohnung. Viele freilaufende und lautstarke Hunde. Die Lage 270 Meter über Meer, Zufahrtsstrassen schmal und teilweise steil, anspruchsvoll in der Nacht.

Wundervoll

Wir warenß in den ersten beiden Wochen im April 2023 hier. Sehr gute Reisezeit da relativ wenig los in Pompeji und Co. Es haben zwar noch einige Lokale geschlossen, aber man bekommt immer etwas tolles zum Essen. Super Service und gute Qualität. Agropoli und Castellabate sind sehr schöne kleine Orte mit schönen Stränden.( Das Haus liegt ziemlich zwischen den beiden Städten) Lage des Hauses: Oben am Berg mit einer sensationellen Aussicht auf das Meer. Extrem ruhig.Auto steht direkt vor dem Haus hinter einem Tor. Ausstattung der Wohnung: Gutes Bett, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche (Kochutensilien vorhanden, Spülmaschine, 5 Flammengasherd,Kühlschrank mit großen Gefrierschrank,Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine,Toaster, alles da was man braucht). Tolles Bad mit stets sehr heißen Wasser und sehr guten Wasserdruck. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gestellt und 1 mal pro Woche getauscht. WLan funktionierte top. Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht so groß aber für zwei Personen angenehm ausreichend und sehr gepflegt. Alles sehr ansprechend und neuwertig. Vermieter: Der Check in und Check out war völlig unkompliziert. Wir bekamen die Lage per „Karten-Link“ und dadurch war das erreichen ohne große Suche verbunden. Klappte hervorragend. Ruggero der Vermieter ist absolut angenehm und sehr zuvorkommend. Man sieht in nicht wenn man keinen Kontakt möchte, aber wenn man ihn braucht reagierte er sofort und mit einer Lösung. Haben selten so einen sympathischen Vermieter kennen gelernt. Danke für alles.

Herrliche Ruhe und Meerblick

Die Ferienwohnung ist in besteht aus einem Koch-/Wohnzimmer mit offenem Übergang zum Schlafzimmer, ist nahezu perfekt ausgestattet. Das Highlight ist der Blick aufs Meer und ins Tal. Zum Einkaufen und zum Meer braucht man 15-20 Minuten, aber dafür ist es sehr ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und unaufdringlich.

Per due ospiti splendida, comoda location in zona tranquillissima con panorama magnifico. Proprietari gentili e simpatici. Spiagge molto belle a distanza di 15-20 minuti in auto. A metà settembre pochi, selezionati turisti. Consigliato.

Struttura curata nei minimi particolari super accessoriata e sopratutto pulitissima, posizione collinare con un’incantevole vista sul mare che dista circa 15min in auto…proprietari sempre presenti e disponibili ma discreti e mai invadenti. Grazie per averci lasciato questo bellissimo ricordo.

la vacanza perfetta

La settimana è volata, Perdifumo un paese che non conoscevamo e dove abbiamo scoperto un posto incantevole dove godere della tranquillità e ammirare gli splendidi tramonti. Il mare dista si 15 minuti di macchina ma il percorso è gradevole e con un bellissimo paesaggio da ammirare e non pesano assolutamente. Per noi la giornata ideale è stata mattina mare, rientro a pranzo per godersi il relax pomeridiano e il pomeriggio tornare al mare per poi la sera godersi il tramonto e vitare Castellabate che è solo a 2 km. un posto dove vivere tutti i giorni

La casa è arredata con attenzione e gusto dei particolari e fornita di molti piacevoli dettagli e accessori. La vista è meravigliosa, la tranquillità impagabile. Ruggero e sua moglie sono ospiti discreti e gentili e ci hanno dato molte indicazioni sui luoghi da visitare. Con15 minuti di auto si arriva alla prima spiaggia, ma noi abbiamo quasi sempre girato perchè i posti da vedere sono innumerevoli. Insomma, un posto stupendo. L'unica cosa negativa è ... che la vacanza prima o poi finisce!

Freundliche Gastgeber - rundum gelungener Aufenthalt

Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderbar, sehr ruhig und mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Einrichtung war perfekt, insbesondere auch die Matratzen! Lediglich der Wasserdruck der Dusche ließ teilweise zu wünschen übrig - das scheint aber in Italien überall so zu sein. Die Gastgeber wohnen im gleichen Haus, waren aber sehr zurückhaltend und stets hilfsbereit und freundlich. Danke noch einmal

A wonderful place to stay

This is a beautiful, special place to stay. Ruggero and Rosa are brilliant, friendly, gracious hosts. The Cilento region is a natural wonder, with many incredible historic sites nearby, such as Paestum.

Ottimo soggiorno

La casa è in una eccellente posizione. Fornita di tutto il necessario. Dal patio potete ammirare il golfo e i tramonti. L abitazione si trova isolata e quindi circondata dalla quiete e dalla privacy. Potrebbe essere un pochino difficoltoso raggiungerla la prima volta, seguite con scrupolo le indicazioni di Ruggero. Soggiorno consigliatissimo
