We are back! We had a business love this unit so much, that they long termed it for over a year! But sadly their assignment on island has come to an end and that means it is back on the market for our short term guests to enjoy it again! Come stay at this welcoming unit and enjoy our beautiful beach while sitting in a complex beach chair, sipping a drink from the Beach Bar, and enjoying the breeze and the view of St John. The beach is calling!

This is a 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath unit right on the beach! You can enjoy the ocean sounds and, during the right time of year, view the sunrise right from the master window. Large semi-private porch with lots of room to lounge and eat while enjoying the ocean breeze. This includes views of the ocean from almost every room, including the kitchen where you can even watch the kids play on the beach while making dinner (Kitchen equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances). This is a MUST SEE!... Even has TWO kitchens!

There are many things to do on St Thomas & St John during your stay. Starting with a short walk down the beach to the Sapphire Beach Bar (about 2 minute walk) to enjoy the live music played there on the weekends or grab a burger for lunch/dinner. From there you can catch a safari or jump in your rental car to head into nearby Red Hook where you can find a variety of restaurants and shops; as well as a grocery store (5 minutes away). If you want something more adventurous then book a charter, feed the tarpon, or go out on a dive with a local dive shop; all located in Red Hook. There are all kinds of adventures awaiting you! You can even take a zipline tour through the treetops of St Thomas. Looking for a different pace? Take the car barge or people ferry, from Red Hook, over to St John for the day. On St John there is hiking, diving, snorkeling, sugar cane mill ruins, restaurants, shops, and so much more. A large portion of St John is a national park. So, it is a different kind of beauty than St Thomas. It is a luxury to stay on St Thomas, where everything is so much more accessible, but still be able to run over to St John, for the day, to enjoy the quiet tranquility. This unit is in a great location to so many fun things. It will not disappoint!

*** Pool located on property.
**** St Thomas has been working on repairing and improving since Irma and Maria hit our island. There seems to always be project going on around the island. There may be improvements going on during your stay; though we will alert you if any are going on with this unit in-particular.
***** Sargassum grass is unpredictable! If it is going to make an appearance it is most likely during the summer time/hurricane season. This and the clean up process is out of our control & just because it is on the beach today does not mean it will be on the beach the next day. The island works hard at getting it cleared as quickly as possible. A dumpster is located near the unit patio during times of Sargassum clean up.

Excellent stay for my family!

My family stayed in this beautiful, gated condo for our daughter's wedding. Sapphire beach is steps from the front door, along with a coffee shop, gift store, bars and restaurant's. Very casual and relaxed atmosphere. The condo is large, with modern features/decor, easily accommodating the 7 of us. Very comfortable beds, and clean home, with AC keeping the place cool. There are so many extras here that were well thought of by our host Julia including tons of beach accessories, Her house manager, Jenny, was very welcoming and responsive to requests. Overall, the description and photos were as advertised for a most memorable stay! Thank you so much!

Look no further!

This beautiful condo was literally on the beach. We felt like we were in paradise! The beach was right out the front door! The host was so gracious and left so many things for us to use such as floats, snorkels, sun screen, shampoo, soap, you name it! The coffee shop and restuarants were seriously only 60 seconds from the front door. We loved the live music from the bars that could be heard from our beach but not be overwhelming! We snorkeled and saw amazing turtles and fish right out the front door. On the windy days the wind surfers came to the beach and we were able to watch them which was incredible! Red hook was a 2 minute drive from the condo. Red hook has great food and a grocery store. I am a very picky VRBO client, and this condo checked all the boxes! I actually drove around and looked at some of the other places that I had considered and was so happy that I might the right choice with this condo! As they say, stop scrolling and just do it! You will not be sorry.

Steps from the sand

This location allowed my family to have a relaxing beach vacation. The unit being so close to the beach allowed us to go back and forth easily. And two restaurants and a cafe within walking distance was very ideal! My young girls also enjoyed the pool. It was one of our most favorite and memorable vacations yet!

Absolutely amazing location!

We had a fantastic stay in this amazing rental! The condo was very comfortable and well equipped but that beach and the close proximity to it were the absolute high point! The resort is awesome, you don’t even need to leave the property if you don’t want to, everything is right there! The check in process was easy abs the owner is very personable and close by if you need anything! We cannot wait to book this property again very soon and return to our new favorite place in STT

One-of-a-kind property!

We recently stayed in this unit for our second time, and actually booked our trip around its availablilty as we already knew how spectacular it was. The location is the best of all units on Sapphire Beach - just steps to the water’s edge right outside your front door where there is both sun and shade available (from the pretty sea grape trees). IMO, the snorkeling right offshore is some of the best in the islands. You will see a wide variety of colorful fish - I even saw my first little octopus and a huge spotted eagle ray! With 3 large bedrooms, the unit has plenty of space for everyone to spread out, yet we enjoyed many meals together on the beautiful private patio right outside (also something not available in any other unit). Newly remodeled bathrooms were gorgeous and the kitchen (two kitchens actually!) were very well stocked with all the essentials for cooking. Should you prefer to eat out, the unit is easy walking distance to some great restaurants - our favorite was Pangaea in the complex next-door, but the fish tacos on the beach are also delicious. Customer service was fast and outstanding at every turn. Julie even helped me rent some standup paddle boards and cornhole and have them delivered for the week. Jenny, our on site contact once we arrived on the island, was equally terrific! She was a pleasure to chat with and full of great tips. You really can’t go wrong with this rental, its got the very best of everything!

Spring Break Stay

Our overall experience was great! The location of this unit is perfect, there is nobody but the beach and ocean to the one left of the unit giving you great privacy with a nice big patio! It's a spacious and bright unit with great views. We hope to stay again!

Outstanding

This unit was outstanding from top to bottom, especially the location which is steps to the sand. Wake up in the morning, grab a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise with toes in the sand. Nothing better! The host and manager were very attentive and helpful. The place is super clean and well stocked. Nothing was overlooked. We will be back!

AMAZING!!

From the booking to the checkout, I cant say enough good things about our stay. Julie communicated with me weeks before our stay and days before to confirm all the details. The day we checked in she met us and gave us a quick tour. That night I text her and asked where we could rent baby gates, Julie went and bought two snd delivered them to our condo so our twins were safe with the stairs. The house was so clean and equipped with everything you could need from towels, shampoo, laundry soap, and beach stuff! Our view was great! Now location, Sapphire Beach appentities were just what we needed, bars, good, and that coffee shop!! My family will definitely be back!

Awesome vacation!

This property was perfect for our family vacation! We had 4 adults and 6 teenagers and were very comfortable. The condo had everything we needed, was spacious, clean and the patio was a great feature. The host and property manager were very accommodating and provided great recommendations for restaurants, car rentals, etc. The location is the best on the beach! We hope to make it back again and had an amazing vacation!

Superb location, excellent unit, well provisioned

We had a fantastic vacation, and this was an incredible location. We were just steps from the beach, fantastic views, cool and private side patio with views of the ocean, a short walk down the beach to a fine restaurant (Sea Salt), bar and grill. Beautiful sand beach and nice snorkeling - we saw lots of fish and sea turtles. Beach lounge chairs provided. Saltwater swimming pool. The unit was well provisioned with kitchen appliances, towels, and TV's throughout. We couldn't have asked for a better location or unit. Fantastic service by the unit manager, too! We appreciated the little touches that made us welcome.

Return stay

This is our second trip to this condo. We originally had a different unit booked in the same complex. As soon as this unit became available, we reached out to switch (same owner for both units). This is the best unit in the complex, it has an awesome patio, and the best part is how close it is to the beach/water only a few steps. This complex may show its age in a few ways, but this unit is nicely updated with newer bathrooms and kitchen. What sells us on returning here is the beach, the water, and the proximity to food and drink (Saphire Beach has 3 restaurants and 2 bars only steps down the sand). The food is great, and the drinks are good. We love it here and will likely be returning for our next beach vacation.

Sapphire Retreat

Upon our arrival, we had a warm reception from Jenny, the property manager. She gave us a complete overview of the condo and the facility. We were two dozen steps from our front door to beautiful Sapphire Beach! This was our first time in the Virgin Islands and this property made for an amazing and memorable stay. Best location on Sapphire Beach

For sure this is the best location on Sapphire Beach. From the master bedroom you are seeing the waves come in. It also has a perfect private side patio for family to gather and BBQ. It has been updated a little and decorated very cute, but it is a bit old and rusty inside. Julie (who is a wonderful host) says she has plans to update the unit sometime soon which would make it an awesome unit once that happens. Julie has two units and our family stayed in both which was a perfect combination for our adult family of six. We enjoyed the smaller newer unit in the back and all the family gatherings on the side patio happened in the front unit by the beach. Loved our stay and would do it again.

Fantastic experience

The location of this condo couldn’t have been better! Sapphire Beach is steps away and is AMAZING! Not crowded, great snorkeling, beautiful view, free chairs and beach attendant to help with anything, food and drinks just a short walk down the beach, Red Hook is close for groceries/shopping/restaurants. Host is SO helpful - communicated the entire time, answered any questions. Condo was clean & comfortable for the 5 of us (beds were great), master bedroom has unbelievable view, beach towels and gear were provided, patio is SO NICE!! I would recommend bringing socks or slippers if you have sensitive feet. Tile floor throughout condo is hard and cold! The walk from the parking lot could be shorter when you’re carrying a lot (my 75 year old Mom didn’t like it), but wouldn’t keep me from coming back! Everything else was great!!! Truly paradise!!

Spectacular view and very convenient to groceries and eating.

We had 12 family members , 4 grandkids and 8 adults stay at 2 condos in Crystal Cove. Julie was an amazing manager and answered all our questions before and during our stay. We loved being in the 3 bedroom next to the beach. The other 4 adults and one 5 year old stayed at the other 2 bedroom condo that Julie also managed. She even put a single mattress on the floor for my 5 year old grandson. There were sand toys and spices for cooking. We loved having a washer and dryer. My kids liked going to the coffee bar at Sapphire beach and eating there in the afternoons. This is a great setup for kids being close to the beach. We’ll be back in the future and will definitely stay in Crystal Cove! Thanks Julie!

Unit is the best location within a large condo complex. Great ocean views and beach is a short walk from the front door. Nothing fancy about the unit but very functional and clean. Very nice host who met us in the parking lot and showed us the unit. I would definitely stay there again.

A True Gem on St. Thomas

Host was very responsive and made sure our stay was flawless. Property is beautiful, roomy, and one of the best properties we ever stayed at. Clean and the private patio is fantastic. Walk across the lawn right onto Saphire Beach. House was very well stocked. Close to Red Hook. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Irma and Maria took so much from this place, but not our love for the island. We love sharing this place with people and the beauty that is to be discovered here! We invite you to our island home and strive to help you enjoy it to the fullest!

Why they chose this property

We manage a 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom in the same complex. So, if this one is too big or too small, let us know! This is also the PERFECT location with the luxury of staying right on the beach, but being only about a mile or less from the closest restaurants, grocery store, shops, activities, and ferries. What a tremendous place to get it all in one location

What makes this property unique

This is the ONLY 3 bedroom unit in this complex. Plus, this is the ONLY unit that has access to a large private patio! This is the perfect place to spend your evenings. Sitting and enjoying the evening breeze & grilling out with your family and friends! You will be hard pressed to find a unit closer to the beach with all these amenities. Plus, the complex is flat and easy for a leisurely walk in the evenings or getting your things to and from the car. Not very many properties here can say that. Most are very hilly.
