Ideally located next to the forest in a private residential area of ES CALO, giving it a unique tranquility to rest and enjoy the island. The house is INDEPENDENT and is completely renovated, also has an OUTDOOR SHOWER with HOT WATER that is ideal after the beach. It also has a NETWORK DRINKING WATER, POWER BOX, AIR CONDITIONING with heating in the living room and in the room, ANTI-THEFT AND FIRE ALARM, LCD Television, Digital Terrestrial (DTT), ASTRA Satellite and wireless ADSL WiFi Internet access throughout the plot. It has an open terrace overlooking the forest, a separate and fully equipped kitchen as well as a full bathroom. Folding baby cot. The house is under the pines, this provides shade during the day and maintains a pleasant temperature inside. The beautiful views of the forest, in a natural environment, invite you to spend a quiet and unique season. In addition the house is VERY CLOSE TO THE SEA, being especially this area indicated for diving because of the great variety of species found in this part of the island. The house is located near the town of Es Calo where you can find catering services with incomparable views, food and vehicle rental. Also on the main road is the public bus stop and the pharmacy. Fabulous House

We had an AMAZING time staying at Casa Bebel. We loved the house, which was absolutely perfect for two people. Our hosts were incredibly helpful and thought of everything to make our stay extra special (including fresh sheets and towels partway through our stay). We loved the location: a 2 minute walk from the supermarket, pharmacy, bike rental and most importantly the BEACH as well as bars, restaurants, and the bus stop. From this location we could cycle to all the other nearby beaches (Migjorn / Calo des Mort etc) and enjoyed a warm outdoor shower on our return (very convenient!) We also enjoyed the privacy of the location with its secluded back garden that overlooks a pine forest. We would definitely come back!

Sehr ruhiges Wohnen nah am Strand

Idealer Rückzugsort mitten in Es Calo, nahe zu den Stränden von Es Calo und mit ein wenig Fußmarsch auch zu El Arenals und Mitjorn. Gratisbushaltestelle und Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Die Vermieterin Mariola kümmerte sich um regelmäßigen Handtuch- und Bettwäschetausch. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Alles wunderbar, gerne bald mal wieder!

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es ist klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was es für den Alltag braucht. Wir haben es exakt so vorgefunden, wie es die Bilder zeigen. Die Lage in Es Calo ist toll für alle, die es auf der Insel etwas ruhiger mögen. Mariola und David sind sehr gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Besonders schön ist der Garten zum Pinienwald hin, praktisch ist die Klimaanlage, die sowohl kühlen wie heizen kann. Das Internet läuft einwandfrei. Wir waren im September - Mückenspray ist im Garten empfehlenswert und wurde uns von der Vermieterin gegeben. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist mit grösseren Autos ganz schön eng, aber man kann gut vorn an der Strasse parken, nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Wir wollen wiederkommen!

Sehr gute, gepflegte Unterkunft! Die Vermieterin wohnt nebenan und ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar! Wir sind super zufrieden und werden dieses Ferienhaus jederzeit gern wieder mieten!

Tolles Ferienhaus in angenehmer Lage

Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit schönem Garten zum Entspannen. Ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral gelegen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall irgendwann wieder!

Wunschlos glücklich - Empfehlung!

Wir wollen wiederkommen! - Das sagt eigentlich schon alles. Die Lage des Hauses, seine Einrichtung und Ausstattung waren bestens für uns Beide. (Zwei Mountainbikes inklusive.) Vor allem aber hat uns David in jeder Hinsicht als hervorragender, hilfsbereiter und humorvoller Gastgeber verwöhnt. Das Haus liegt inmitten eines kleinen, schattigen Wäldchens, nur fünf Minuten von Es Calo entfernt. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gute bis sehr gute Restaurants und eine Bar mit traumhafter Aussicht sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit den Fahrrädern lässt sich die gesamte Insel erkunden und wenn ein Plattfuss die Weiterfahrt verhindern sollte, kommt David, holt die Gestrandeten ab und repariert sofort. - Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung! Sehr gut! Beim nächsten mal wieder!

Sehr gut! Beim nächsten mal wieder! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Wir haben das Haus als Familie mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei kleinen Kindern gemietet, was sehr gut funktioniert hat. Das Haus war sauber und ist komplett ausgestattet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Klimaanlage und die zusätzliche Außendusche, welche an den heißen Tagen ein Segen waren. Das Grundstück ist von außen nicht einsehbar, so dass man seine Ruhe hat. Die Vermieter, welche direkt nebenan wohnen, sind äußerst nett. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Lage ist prima, weil nur zwei Fußminuten vom Meer entfernt. In gleicher Entfernung findet man einen kleinen Supermarkt sowie diverse Restaurants. Kurz um, ein echter Glücksfall, dass wir das Haus für unseren Urlaub gefunden haben. Es war sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal, dass wir das Haus gemietet haben.

Dulces Sueños!

We had a fantastic vacation in Formentera. The whole Island is beautiful, especially Es Calo with its crystal clear waters. This place where we stayed had something special with a lot of good vibes. The wonderful location overlooking the pine trees and the house was very cozy. We felt comfortable, the place very quiet, peaceful and with privacy. It was like a little oasis after a hot beach-day, cool and calm. We loved to shower outside! Just sitting there was so relaxing. Without doubt we charged batteries this vacation. The house was very clean and nice prepared when we arrived, well equipped and good smelling. We found the house much better than the description could even explain. The owners kindly offered her service in whatever we would needed. Honestly everything was perfect though. We had two mountain bikes from the owners which we used. We also walked several times a day to the water or to the restaurants and supermarkets, everything just 5 minutes away. We discovered the Island easily with a scooter. I would highly recommend this lovely place. And WE will be definitely back next year, taking with us our parents to enjoy together. Thanks for the memorable time. Melanie K.
