Great getaway

“A Dreamy Beachfront Escape” Our stay at this house was absolutely amazing. The location is unbeatable, with direct ocean views and a serene atmosphere that’s hard to find. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and it’s clear that every detail is thoughtfully taken care of to ensure guests feel at home. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunsets from the terrace were truly unforgettable experiences. The hosts were incredibly attentive and made sure everything was perfect during our stay. This is definitely a place we’d love to return to. Highly recommended for anyone looking to disconnect and enjoy nature at its finest!

Nice place and great location near shopping and restaurants. Loved the deck and the ocean views. Awesome to be just steps from the beach! Grill did not work when we arrived so the manager had a new one delivered for us which was awesome service!

Location and deck were nice. Accommodations good. Some very minor repair things to do. Furniture okay. Master bed very comfortable. Nothing fancy here for the price but overall we did like it. May try to stay here again.

The location is Awesome

The place needs up dating. House could have been cleaner. Washer very loud and the Sulfur water is a deal killer for me. It’s a easy fix with a water filtration system. Over all love the location.

Good Place, Great Location

This was our 2nd stay here. We love the location of the house. It is right on the beach; the views are amazing and the convenience to town is great. With that being said, the house could use some new mattresses. There is a thin piece of plywood between the box springs and the mattress in the master bedroom, because the mattress is so old and sagging. Also, the living room could use some more seating. Even with our family of four, not everyone could stretch out comfortably to watch TV at the end of the day. Overall, we had a great time. The convenience of the house to the beach and town is the best part. Would definitely stay again if mattresses were replaced!

We are returning guests to Vilano's Edge and were somewhat disappointed this time. The first time the owner checked us in and covered everything we needed to know about the house. We did not have a problem with letting ourselves in but we had some questions about how to operate the televisions, there were no instructions left for this and as a result never were able to use the bedroom tv. We tried on several occasions to reach out to management but they never resolved the problem. One tv would normally may have been enough but we had a 12 yr old with us and mostly did not prefer the same programs as the adults. Also, the beach chairs and equipment were in poor condition, the boards were not usable and some of the chairs as well. We felt the entire house needed an update, the chairs in the dining area were badly stained. The kitchen was adequate but only 4 cups and no potholders. The bathrooms could use updating and the odor of the water was bad. On the up side the location to the beach and downtown were excellent.

Great vacation!

Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. Able to walk straight out the back door to the beach and was able to just sit on the patio and relax enjoying listening to the waves. We even saw dolphins a couple of times. The only downfall is the smell of the water but that is just a part of the area.

Great vacation rental.

Great location, easy access, clean, roomy and well stocked with essentials. Deck is worn and in need of work. The only issue we had was when the AC went out and VACASA, the management Company was useless. I finally reached out to owners for assistance and Laurie responded quickly. Hope to be able to stay here again!

This is not billion-dollar home. Outdated in all rooms. It was very clean and beach front.

Hidden gem.

Great experience. Easy rental process, including check-in and check out process. Perfect location away from all the chaos but so close you can join in at any moment when you feel like having some fun! My only negative would be more an “investment recommendation “ and that is to rip up the carpet and replace with plank flooring. This would definitely add to the property value and make renters feel more comfortable staying, especially knowing this is a pet friendly beach.

Beautiful Beach House

We stayed in Unit A which is the upstairs of this property. The view of the ocean was fantastic and we could hear the waves from the living room and bedroom. The beach is accessed by a little boardwalk and is beautiful. The living space is very clean, the kitchen is well equipped ( even has a blender),bathrooms are dated but clean. The toaster broke and we had a replacement within a few hours! The location is great , convenient to many restaurants and just a short drive into St. Augustine . We really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing location

The view is fantastic! Beds were super comfy, and the home has everything you need for cooking. Even has hand soaps and other essentials for your stay. It was clean, but could use a thorough deep clean and some fresh paint (the only reason it’s not 5 star). The location was amazing and just a few mins drive from the historic district in St Aug. We would stay here again.
