We hope you'll enjoy this lovely Pier area vacation home for your summer adventures! This home is provides the perfect escape with five bedrooms, two bathrooms, large screened in patio, outdoor shower and best of all central AC!
Comfortable and clean with beachy décor throughout!

Narraganset is a beautiful town that has something for everyone. With many beaches to choose from--Scarborough Beach, Narragansett Town Beach, Roger Wheeler State Beach, and Salty Brine State Beach are all a short drive away. Narragansett is close to the Block Island Ferry, which makes for a lovely day trip. Grab lobsters off the boat in Galilee! Also close are Providence, Newport, Mohegan Sun Casino and Foxwoods Casino.

You will find very spacious bedrooms upstairs, modern bathrooms and a beautiful screened in patio! Many fond memories will be made with friends and family when vacationing in this home. Lovely dinners, game nights, and late nights will be remembered on the patio for years to come. And of course, being so close to the best and cleanest beach in town, Narragansett Town Beach, will keep you coming to visit year and year.

Entire Place

**Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.

Close to Beach and Amenities - Great for Large Group

The number of sleeping spaces in this house was great for our large group. The younger people appreciated the TVs in each room. The gas grill and screened porch were great. The kitchen was reasonably nice. The only drawback is the lack of an indoor eating area for the group to eat a meal. The outdoor table and chairs and screened porch certainly worked for us and you couldn't put a table and chair anywhere in the house without giving up something else. We had a problem with a clogged toilet while we were there and the property management was very responsive. Communication was good but not intrusive.

Family vacation

We had 10 in our party. Good location. Close to restaurants like PJ Pub, Crazy Buger and The Bike Shop. Close to beach. Has a great outdoor screened porch. And if need anything we were accommodated- like needing extra blankets. Had a great time. Works come back

Narragansett Beach Vacation

We greatly enjoyed our time in Narragansett! We hope to stay again next year! The property was in a perfect location, and the size was perfect. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio area.

Great Location

We rented this house to stay in while visiting family in Narragansett. Great rental that is very close to the beach. We rode our bikes everyday to town beach, and we’re so thankful for the beach passes. The outdoor shower was nice to have after coming home from the beach. Would love to rent again!

A great place to stay

We had the absolute best time at the pier. It was clean, roomy, and comfortably slept 9. The neighborhood and town shops/restaurants were amazing, along with the beach. The screened in porch was a great hangout spot, and lifelong memories were made. We hope to be back!

Good location

House was in location we like close to restaurants and beaches. Looks like owner is making improvements which is nice. Step from screened porch should have another step added, to high. Enclosed outdoor shower was not private, you can see a person in the shower, should try to close up the spaces for privacy. We love outdoor showers.

Poor response and check in

I reached out a day ahead of arrival to property manager regarding check in process. Did not hear back. Got an email morning of check in that we would need to get keys from property office. Got to office, they were not expecting us but gave a key. There were 3 people in office. One was literally sleeping at desk. Got back to house and key did not work. Called property manager and no answer. Texted no answer. Called office I was just at, no answer. Headed back to office. When almost there- 30 min later after initial call, I get a text telling me the code and that the office shed have given it to me. Also made excuse that they were really busy! Place was clean. Expected to be closer to beach. About 1/2 mile to mile away.

Great stay!!

Booking was easy, a mechanical issue at the property was quickly resolved, and we had a wonderful experience and a restful vacation! Terrific location on a quiet street, fabulous sidewalks to explore the village, and a quick walk to the sea wall and beach. The home has much more living space than it appears. Great porch, family room, and spacious bedrooms.

Soooo glad we vacationed here!

This vacation home is spacious, bright, airy, clean, and comfortable. All the emenities you could hope for. It was perfect for a Mom and three teens. They loved having their own bedrooms, each with air-conditioning and a T.V.! A quiet, safe street where they could skateboard everywhere. A convenient location, being so close to Narragansett Town Beach. Easy walking distance to a couple of good restuarants and the Narragansett "wall". The vacation was over too quick - no one wanted the leave the "beach house"!

Narragansett cottage getaway

We had the most wonderful week. The house was just perfect - clean, bright and so comfortable for our family of six. We loved the big family room, the wonderful porch and the outdoor shower! Such a pleasant surprise to also find that there was enough hot water for six people taking showers before dinner. I highly recommend staying in this quiet lovely little spot in Narragansett’s Beach neighborhood. We could ride bikes everywhere and get to dinner and the beach so easily. Thank you!! We would stay again in a heartbeat.
