This first floor, one bedroom condo is located in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, ONLY TWO BLOCKS from center of town in the Olde Gatlinburg Place Condos! The condo features all brand new furniture, including a COMFY queen size sofa couch. There is a 55" smart TV in the living room and a beautiful stacked stone fireplace and right outside the sliding glass doors is the seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub! There is a small kitchenette area with mini fridge, cook top stove, perfect for doing some small meals if you like to dine in. The condo sleeps 4 comfortably. In the main bedroom is a queen size bed with 43" TV. Coin operated washer & dryer located on first floor of complex for your convenience. You are within walking distance to Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, Annakeesta, and the main strip of Gatlinburg at Traffic light #5. There is so much to do in Gatlinburg, you won't want to miss this BEAUTIFUL CONDO!

Good for the price!

This was an excellent location, you can’t get much better than where it’s located. It was also incredibly nice and clean. Very easy check in and out. I feel like it was priced appropriately. There were some minor quirks that would have been more annoying had we stayed more than two nights. The TVs didn’t work very well, the internet wasn’t quite right, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. If you can tolerate those things, it’s well worth it for the price!

Good but needs a new mattress

It was a good stay, really comfortable except the bed. The mattress really needs to be replaced. I should have paid attention closer because I assumed it was a king bed, it was a queen but the mattress wasn’t very soft and you could tell it had been used a lot. But other than that, I love that it was a little removed from the strip, it made it quieter, and it was a great spot to relax

MATTRESS

Condo was clean and very close to strip. No driving required. However, the mattress was absolutely terrible. I have never really noticed mattresses before when booking a condo because I can just about sleep anywhere BUT the mattress needs replaced so bad. We had to sleep in the middle of the bed because if you got to close to the edge it wanted to roll you off. The mattress is way past the years of needing replaced. Please replace mattress!!!

Dump had black mold in bathroom bed was broken checked out Monday October 2 kitchen was more like a wet bar no dish towels everything was dirty furniture smelled. I spoke with Amy on October 2 regarding checking out and credit my card. Any said they would credit it. Sarah called me Thursday and accused me of not checking out and would bill my card. I had nose bleeding for 2 days from the mold. I was there at a medical conference. Very disappointed with this experience. I’ve already called my attorney regarding possibly being charged for that condo. Will not recommend this to anyone

Great Location

Overall a great stay and we would stay again. A short easy walk to downtown. When we arrived the tub was not draining well so I called and there was someone there within the hour to take care of it. Laundry on sight 1.50 for wash 1.25 for dryer there was no coin machine so I bought a roll from the office and another at Food City grocery. It would have been nice to have a couple of hooks on the back of the bathroom door for the towels and the beds were not all that comfy. With all of that though my kids enjoyed the pool, it was not a noisy location and the nice walk downtown.

It was a great cozy, quite an very clean place! Also has convenient parking. Loved the decor. Has a pool an hot tub. Great location for walking distance into the main strip of Gatlinburg. An get to enjoy a lil creek walking to an from.

Errors in listing and unaddressed issues

The location is perfect for walking to the Gatlinburg strip. However the condo is setup with the absolute minimum of things in the kitchen - which is really just a kitchenette. There are several things in the ad that aren't actually in the unit: oven, toaster, telephone, dvd player. Also be advised its just a mini fridge. There are also aren't any hangers. The wifi didn't work and no one came to fix it even after it was reported during a 'check in' call when we arrived from the agency. Also the stove exhaust fan didn't work either. The fireplace isn't working either. The laundry is shared and good luck getting the door code because there is no info in the condo. And to wrap this up the bed is so UNCOMFORTABLE - it is a spring coil mattress that is super bouncy so when your partner turns over you could get tossed out and the frame is squeaky too so don't expect a good night's sleep.

Great Location

This place is super close to the Gatlinburg strip and we walked everywhere. The place was pretty clean and exactly as pictured. The only two downsides I would point out is the bed is kind of uncomfortable and the AC unit doesn’t cool the place very well. Otherwise, the place was great and served us well for our mini vacation.

Close to everything. Property was easy to get to with plenty of parking. Pull out sofa was big.

Cleanliness was an issue. Carpets and bedding were dirty. But for the price….meet our expectations. So close to everything!

Needs some help.

Four different remotes on the coffee table to control one tv and not one note telling you how to use them. One roll of toilet paper, rug wrinkled a tripping hazard, soiled bedding cover, dish washer soap pods left for detergent but there is no dishwasher and no toaster. I would stay somewhere else.
