Beau temps , très bel emplacement . Appartement agréable . Un reproche toutefois : Le garage n'est pas accessible à une voiture de plus de 4,50 m de long et de plus de 1,70 m de large . Heureusement , à cette période , nous avons trouvé des places sur la rue .

Ne connaissant pas Arcachon au préalable, cet appartement confortable, calme, fonctionnel et très agréable au sixième étage avec un beau balcon nous a permis de profiter d'une vue magnifique sur le port et le lointain. Une place de parking dans l'immeuble constitue, en outre, un avantage non négligeable. La dame qui assure l'accueil est charmante... Une adresse a conserver précieusement....
