The 220 m2 of the villa consisting of 3 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open living room on a beautiful infinity pool 14m x 4m, adjacent to a landscaped garden of beauty. The evening aperitif taken in the private lounge of the pool, can be enhanced by the numerous outdoor lighting of the pool and garden. You will have at your leisure many chairs, two skin submerged in the pool.

The villa has many amenities included: housekeeper, pool maintenance, gardener, security 24/24, daily cleaning, first breakfast offered (others with involvement in food costs), airport transfer.

Fab stay in Seminyak

Lovely villa in a quiet street in Seminyak. 15/20 minute to ‘Eat street’ and approx 30 minute walk to the beach. Bluebird taxis are cheap to use and very handy. Just download the app to order or hail them in the street. However worth noting that you cannot order one to pick you up at the Villa, it can only be a drop off at the Villa. There’s a sign near the top of the road saying they are not permitted beyond that point for pick ups, drop offs only. The security at the top of the road has taxi drivers there every night and they harass you constantly on your way out asking if you want transport. We found it very unpleasant and intimidating. The villa itself is lovely and kept very clean by the housekeeper. It’s lovely and quiet so perfect for relaxing by the pool. The photos in the ad don’t do it justice. Would definitely recommend this villa.

Magnifique villa très accueillante

Contacts succincts avec le propriétaire mais efficaces. Accueil par Uluh, la femme de ménage, très souriante et serviable avec jus de fruits frais. Elle vient tous les jours sauf le dimanche. Changement des serviettes de toilette aléatoire. Nous avons eu des problèmes avec les coffres-forts car le couvercle du compartiment des piles ne tient plus. Quelqu'un est intervenu pour les ouvrir et nous les avons manipulés précautionneusement. Une télévision ne fonctionnait pas dans une chambre mais ce n'est pas très grave car nous ne la regardons pas spécialement. Plus embêtant est l'odeur d'humidité persistante dans cette même première chambre et sa salle de bain. Ici, ainsi que dans la cuisine, l'eau est froide et ne peut être réglée. Alors que dans la 2ème salle de bain, l'eau est extrêmement chaude et la pression diminue fortement en tentant d'obtenir de l'eau froide qui ne vient jamais. La température de la 3eme salle de bain est quant à elle parfaitement réglable. Le salon est vraiment très accueillant avec des meubles de grande qualité et décoré avec goût tout comme tout le reste de la villa au demeurant. La cuisine ouverte sur le salon comporte également une pièce fermée avec le frigo et la fontaine à eau (chaude, tempérée, froide). Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner y est présent et la vaisselle est de qualité. La piscine est très agréable avec des matelas flottants très appréciables. Wij zijn hier van 10 tm 18/7 geweest. Heerlijk huis met zwembad en hele fijne hulp, Illuh ! Ook heel fijn dat we van de taxi service van haar man regelmatig gebruik konden maken. En rigtig dejligt hus, som lå i et meget stille område.

Et dejligt område, med lidt langt ind til byen, men taxaforbindelser gør det dog nemt. I huset var Iluh en stor hjælp. Huset var skinnende rent og alt blev ordnet med det samme, hvis der var et eller andet problem. Hun hjalp med telefonsamtaler mm. Vi nød de smukke omgivelser ved poolområdet. En dejlig feriebolig til 6 personer. Seminyak var en hyggelig by med masser af gode spisesteder og indkøbsmuligheder.

Unforgettable

We spent few days in Seminiak with a group of friends and this place is ideal. Rooms are spacious and quiet. The pool is so pleasant ... And Lilo the housekeeper is so adorable ... Thank you for all ! It feels so good that we almost forget to visit Bali :) A must to go !

A hidden paradise

We were driven down a small back road not knowing what to expect, and pulled up at a large wall and door. The door opened and a lovely lady came out and greeted us with a big smile. She ushered us inside and we were instantly amazed. We had walked into a hidden paradise of tranquillity and peace. The villa was immaculate. The garden was lush and perfectly manicured and the pool was inviting us in for a swim. Each bedroom was well decorated and extremely comfortable. Our open plan lounge, kitchen dining was perfectly designed. The house keeper was an absolute treasure. I cant wait to go back to this home away from home.

que du bonheur et encore du bonheur splendide villa, superficie et ameublement ,décor très bien situé,salle de bain a ciel ouvert 7 min a pied de tous commerces superbe piscine pour faire ses longueurs le matin, avec son salon en contrebas pour boire l'apéro le soir et ses bains de soleil dans l'eau. personnel et service impeccable "liloo trouve tous" n hésitez pas a lui demandez que dire de plus !!! alors faites comme nous profitez profitez vous y reviendrez Un couple + 2 amis

FANTASMAGORIQUE

Villa Majestueuse (et c'est peu de le dire !!!), tout le confort au summun (chambre, lit, salon, cuisine), enfin tout sans oublier Ilhoo qui est aux petits soins pour nous, toujours souriante, très discrète, qui vous donne les bonnes adresses. Une magnifique piscine (on passerait sa journée dedans), sans oublier un jardin aux milles couleurs et entretenu avec soins. Villa idéalement située au calme tout en étant proche du centre ville En 2 mots : A RESERVER !!!!!!!

Inoubliable

De tout ce que j'ai pu voir à Bali (et dieu sait qu'il y a des belles choses) mon meilleur souvenir reste finalement cette villa. J'y ai passé le "nouvel an balinais" (on avait pas le droit de sortir ! Mdr) et cela reste un très fort souvenir pour moi. Luxe calme et volupté. Je n'oublierai jamais la gentillesse de Liloo (à votre service, elle gère la maison, le ménage et vous met en contact avec les bonnes personnes pour les scooters, les sorties etc etc) dans une totale discrétion (elle se fait toute petite et respecte votre intimité et votre confort). J'y retournerai pour la serrer dans mes bras ! Les photos sont en deçà de la beauté et de l'espace qu'offre cette maison. Quel souvenir !!!

Très jolie villa avec situation idéale !

La villa est conforme aux photos, luxueuse, grande et confortable, avec de très belles prestations ! Une villa de reve

Une villa tout simplement somptueuse, soleil, cocktail, bronzette au bord de la piscine.Un confort et un service irréprochable.Une gouvernante adorable et aux petits soins. Top Villa !!!!!!

un séjour de 10 jours sous le soleil , une villa somptueuse correspondant en tout point a la description. un personnel souriant et chaleureux , toujours à l'écoute de nos besoins , un calme déconcertant si proche du centre ville . une piscine magnifique , ainsi qu'un jardin pleins de couleurs qui procure une très grande zénitude. Heaven

When we passed the threshold of this villa, we thought we were in heaven. We were amazed by the beauty of the house, its design and the high quality of the equipment. The pool is just awesome with a little chilling corner in the ground with a glass wall allowing you to see through the pool. The staff was very nice and dedicated to excellent service. By far our best vacation residence.

belle villa moderne dans petit lotissement sans vis a vis et au calme... a 2 pas des plages et du centre. tout confort, clim qui fonctionne, belles salles de bains, espace de vie très convivial avec belle piscine miroir... de quoi vouloir y rester 3 jours de plus! personnel de maison très dévoué ne parlant qu'anglais, quelques mots de français.
