Terri was born in Cleveland, Ohio. At age 21, she moved to Hawaii for five years and has made Southern California her home for the past 35+ years. She worked for a Beverly Hills Property Management firm for a number of years and worked in executive management within the Aerospace Industry, all while she and Zeke purchased and sold multiple real estate properties.
Zeke was born in Helena, Arkansas on the Mississippi River and was raised on a small 40 acre farm in the Mississippi Delta. He moved to Phoenix, Arizona at age 19 and got an AA degree from Phoenix College. Next stop was Los Angeles and back to college at Santa Monica College and USC where he majored in Mechanical Engineering. He worked 39 years in the Aerospace Industry and for 18 years was VP Engineering where he provided leadership in research, design, patents, manufacturing, quality and technical sales. Zeke & Terri are active power boaters and Zeke served as Commodore of Port Royal Yacht Club in Redondo Beach, CA, and is past President & Treasurer of a homeowner's association in Bermuda Dunes Country Club near Palm Springs. Terri and Zeke's primary home is in San Diego, but they spend several months each year in the Palm Springs area. They enjoy travel, boating, dancing, bridge and socializing with family and friends.
