ACTION NEEDED: Please send your "Booking" with -one- name (first & last) of the person who will be responsible for checking into your condo at the front desk as it appears on your/their ID. The front desk is required to view the ID at check-in and the name given by you must match the ID. ADDITIONALLY, please be aware that I need to know the person's name ON THE BOOKING REQUEST at the “Time guest submits Booking, or Booking Request” ( NOT on an inquiry ). PLEASE NOTE that; If no name is stated, the name on the right column of the VRBO Booking Request Page will be entered on the reservation -and- (name CANNOT be changed on the guest VRBO Account after the booking is accepted, in an attempt to avoid this requirement). I can accept a 1-night stay for a weekend night if the date is within 2 days. Otherwise, Friday or Saturday nights are a mandatory 2-night minimum stay meaning: Thursday/Friday, Friday/Saturday, or Saturday/Sunday.

Two Bedroom Upper Floor: King in master, twins in second bedroom, queen Murphy Bed in living area. Not serviced by elevator and about 20 steps. Sleeps 6.

The Resort maintains a high standard through its maintenance, upgrade, and refurbishment program. As a result the unit characteristics may change from time to time and vary.

When you check into the resort, the front desk will require a $100 security deposit hold against a credit/debit card in case any major damage should occur. The security deposit will be released back to you on the day of departure.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED! If you have a service animal, you must let us know in writing prior to booking.

If you could build a wild, scenic park, tailor-made for recreation, you couldn't do better than Smith Rock State Park, or, indeed, the entire region around Bend, Oregon. Climbing, fly-fishing, hiking, mountain biking-pick your sport-the region boasts high cliffs, great rivers, beautiful vistas, and hard and fast singletrack (as well as excellent skiing in winter). The resort looks out over the Deschutes River. As you relax on your private deck, watch for eagles-you may see one drop from the sky to pluck a trout from the water.
