63 m² gîte on raised ground floor, living room, kitchen area, lounge area with a fireplace and original woodwork, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 double beds) including 1 vaulted accessible by the staircase of the tower. Central heating. All shops on site. Independent gite, with character, fortified house from the 13th century on a private plot of 300 m² and adjoining park. The owners have restored the whole in the spirit of the place, keeping the authenticity and charm of a mansion. A pretty quarter-turn staircase gives you access to the bedroom at the foot of the tower. For hikers, close to marked trails and 10km from the path of St Jacques de Compostela and the GR7.
The cottage offers the comfort of being close to shops and at the same time departures for walks or hikes.
