New 120m2 house, furnished with 3-star tourism. 4 bedrooms upstairs (8 people). It is located in the hamlet of Conches between Longeville-sur-Mer (5km) and La Tranche-sur-Mer (6km).
It is equipped with a 6-seater jacuzzi spa, a large terrace with ping pong table. Bud-Bud beach and surf spot is 1.6 km away. Supervised beach of Les Conches at 2km, accessible by car (2mn, parking) or by the forest, by bike (cycle paths) or on foot.
The hamlet of Les Conches offers you peace and tranquility. The coastline is untouched by any construction thanks to the national forest which is backed by the dune cordon. Originally a market garden hamlet, it is therefore possible to buy fresh produce all year round.
From the house you access the beautiful beaches and the Bud Bud surf spot through the forest. but also to cycle paths to the north or south of Vendée.
