Why they chose this property
The Villas at the Emeralds are much larger than the typical 3 bedroom villas in the area and significantly larger than those previously built at Mountain View, Orka Village and Orka Park. The villa is all EN-SUITE and has a downstairs toilet also, again there are few villas in the area with the same facilities. The exclusivity of the small number of villas and the fabulous location ensures that the Emeralds is far superior to other developments in the area. The Emeralds complex including the pool and landscaping, are maintained to the very highest standards. Our villa is equipped with many features not found in others, dressing table and chair in each room, hairdryers all rooms, balconies to all rooms, water cooler, highchair, cot, balcony fridge etc.
The villa and pool boast exposure to the sun all day long, so for sun worshippers our property is the ideal choice. There are also plenty of sun shades and the villa is equipped with AC throughout for a welcome break from the heat. Of course there is also the pool which has plenty of sun loungers for our guests use.
The keys are collected at the reception of the Orka Hotel (24 hours) which is less than 1 mile from the villa, if you have arranged transfers through us the driver will take you directly to the hotel and on to the villa day or night.
Q: How do I get picked up at the airport when booking transfers?
A: Our drivers wait outside the arrivals door at Dalaman airport and will have a sign with your family name on it, the sign also has the Orka Hotel name and logo on it.
Q: Can we use the facilities at the Orka Hotel?
A: Yes, as a guest at our villa all the facilities at the Orka Hotel can be used including bars, restaurants, Turkish baths, massage, Gym, swimming pools etc. The hotel operates a free pick up, and drop off service for our guests who book to dine at the hotel. Local charges apply for some facilities.
