About this property

Elisa's "Piccolo Paradiso" is a delightful country house located at the foot of the Sibillini mountains.
Built in 1990, according to anti-seismic criteria, it was not affected at all by the 2016 earthquake events.
It is fresh by nature, because it rises in the middle of a large and shady flowered park where there is also a space for indoor parking.
It has been designed to allow those who live there to immediately put their feet in the grass as soon as they leave the rooms, relax in hammocks or sunbathe surrounded by the songs of birds and the magnificent panorama of the Sibillini range, have lunch outdoors. under the roof, while, in the nearby barbecue, the meat roasts and perfumes the air.
The 4 available beds and the fenced park make the house very pleasant for families with children who, during the day, can enjoy complete freedom and security.
The house is 3 km from Sarnano, a lively tourist center with thermal baths, restaurants, tennis courts, swimming pools, shooting range, sport fishing lakes, the possibility of horse riding, excursions organized by the CAI, launching with hang-gliding or with paragliding, visit medieval villages built on the ridges of the nearby hills.
Elisa's "Piccolo Paradiso can also be a starting point for day trips to around 1400 m. of altitude of the Sibillini and the hotels and restaurants up there located or towards the sea and the many interesting centers of all the Marche.

Definitely A Little Paradise

Ilva’s home was fabulous. The views were amazing. Ilva was an absolute delight and we constantly cursed our lack of Italian as we would have been able to communicate so much better. Ilva was a fabulous hostess and checked in to make sure we were okay. The house was charming and lovingly decorated. On leaving we had issues with car, Ilva drove into Sarnano to meet us and called a mechanic. Truth be known we were sorry to leave.

The most idyllic holiday home ever!

Ilva's garden is a dream. It is thoughtfully designed with flowers, grasses, and palm trees and it is maticulously maintained. Integrated into the garden is a little grove of tall trees with beautiful translucent foliage. The trees provide shade and you can hang hammocks, two of which are provided. It is so relaxing! This garden is an oasis of tranquility - no screaming kids, no noisy neighbours, no traffic – just the tweeting birds and the rustling of leaves. Last but not least, it has a view to the mountains. The house is well-maintained, clean, and nicely decorated. The hostess even placed vases of flowers for me. The mattress on the bed is top-notch. People with back pain will appreciate it. I slept as well as I do at home. Ilva, the hostess, exceeded my expectations. The first day she took me out for breakfast and gave me an orientation tour of the town (parking lot, weekly market, thermal bath, etc.) Before she returned to Perugia, she introduced my to the neighbours, so that I had a local contact in case I needed help. She was so caring and even bought me fresh eggs from the neighbour's chickens, picked me cherries, gave me hints and recommendations. What a wonderfully warm-hearted hostess! There was no Wifi for my notebook though, but that's not a major calamity. I went to the local telephone shop and they sold me a portable router with a SIM card of a local provider with a prepaid data-only plan. I had a wonderful time!

Summer holidays Sarnano

The accomodation is great with gorgeous views.The garden is beautiful and spacious with very comfortable hammocks. The house itself has everything you need and is very organised. Sarnano is closeby and has a beautiful old centre to discover. Ilva dropped of fresh fruit a couple of times, that was greatly appreciated! We had a lovely stay here.

Urlaub zum Entspannen

Wir waren eine gute Woche in hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist liebevoll ausgestattet, die Terrasse und der Garten mit den Schatten spendenden Bäumen, den Blumen und der Aussicht auf die Berge ein Traum. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend und bei Fragen oder Problemen, die wir aber kaum hatten, stets hilfsbereit. - Vielen Dank!

Elisa’s piccolo Paradiso ist ein kleines Ruhedomizil zum Kraft auftanken und einfach nur sein.

Wir waren für 2 Wochen in Elisa’s piccolo Paradiso mit unserem 8 Jahre alten Sohn. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit dort, der schöne Garten und die satte Natur mit Vogelgezwitscher ist Entspannung pur. Die Besitzerin verwöhnt mit Gemüseernten aus ihrem Garten ihre Gäste. Das kleine Städtchen Sarnano bietet alles was man braucht. Lediglich der Weg zum Meer ist etwas weit, jedoch bieten auch Naheliegende Bergseen eine Erfrischung bei hohen Temperaturen. Die Umgebung bietet ohne Ende viele schöne Wandermöglichkeiten. Das Haus hat eine schöne Einrichtung und eine gute Größe.

Paradiso di nome e di fatto!

Abbiamo appena trascorso una settimana in questo angolo di paradiso, con un giardino curatissimo e una vista meravigliosa sui monti Sibillini. La casa è molto accogliente, le 2 camere da letto sono spaziose. Un ringraziamento particolare alla sig.ra Ilva, proprietaria gentile e sempre discreta che ci ha fatto sentire come in famiglia!

Ein kleines Paradies

Wir und unsere Kinder hatten eine wunderbare Urlaubszeit. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und der Garten ein kleines Paradies. Man hat von dort direkten Blick auf die Berge von Monte Sibillini. Wir haben es geliebt einfach nur in den Hängematten zu liegen und den herrlichen Ausblick zu geniessen. Die Kinder konnten im Garten spielen und auch wir hatten genug Zeit zum Entspannen. Und auch im Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die kleine Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Betten sind bequem. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Die Gastgeberin Ilva ist eine sehr freundliche Dame. Sie hat uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge geben können. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die kleinen Geschenke wie Obst, Gemüse und Kräuter, die ab und zu vor der Tür lagen. Sarnano ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Marken zu erkunden. Sei es sportlich mit dem Fahrrad oder bequem mit dem Auto. Wir waren zumeist mit dem Auto unterwegs und haben die Landschaft sehr genossen. In der Nähe gibt es einen Stausee mit kristallklaren Wasser, dem Lago di Fiastra, der einen Ausflug wert ist. Natürlich lohnt auch ein Ausflug zum Meer an die Adria. Dort gibt es herrliche Strände zum Teil auch mit feinem Sand. In der Nähe vom Haus auf einen kleinen Berg gibt es zudem einen sehr schönen Swimmingpool, von dem hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Landschaft. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Wir waren das vierte mal in Italien und es war der bisher beste Urlaub.

Beautiful location

Lovely little house in wonderful garden with stunning views of the mountains. Walks directly from the door and easy walk into Sarnarno. Ilva is a charming and thoughtful host, who lives in an adjoining part of the property. She is very friendly and very welcoming.

Het echte Italiaanse leven.

De vakantiewoning is comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. Met een prima veranda met prachtig uitzicht op een bergketen. Een grote tuin met heerlijk relax plekken en voldoende schaduw. Een prima internet verbinding, helaas geen wifi voor wie dat belangrijk vindt. De gastvrouw is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Kortom een aanrader.

A proper little paradise!

The owner met us in person and showed us round the house - a charming and hospitable woman who had driven all the way over from Aquila to greet us. The house was delighful, spotlessly clean and perfect for two couples. In a tiny village, but an easy stroll into Sarnano town, and only yards from some beautiful footpaths. We feasted on walnuts from the trees in the garden and roasted chestnuts on the open fire - delicious. And I mastered the art of getting in and out of the hammock! If we had to find anything to improve, it would be to provide a few more cooking utensils, a bit more crockery and glasses and some cleaning materials so we could leave it as spotless as we found it. We would certainly stay there again, and would recommend it to anybody. Thank you, Ilva and arriverderci! Tom and friends.

Sarnano

La scelta della casa e' stata casuale, guardando le foto pubblicate sul sito. Ci hanno convinto anche perche', abitando a Roma in un appartamento che si affaccia su una via trafficata e rumorosa, cercavamo un po' di pace e tranquillita'. In effetti le nostre aspettative sono state appagate in pieno. Appena arrivati siamo stati gentilmente accolti dalla signora Ilva (la proprietaria) , che ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. La casa e' molto accogliente e ben arredata. Si entra in un salone grande e luminoso, le camere sono ampie e comode. Il grande giardino di fronte alla casa e' un'oasi di pace. Sotto il portico il tavolo permette di mangiare con un panorama verde e silenzioso. La casa si trova vicino Sarnano, uno dei borghi piu' belli di Italia. e ai confini del parco nazionale dei monti Sibillini. Per noi e' stato punto di partenza per numerose gite, ed era un piacere ogni volta ritornare al Piccolo paradiso di Elisa .

Charmante maison dans un petit hameau à la camapgne

Maison agréable avec un jardin très bien arrangé. Propriétaire aux petits soins qui habite la maison contiguë. Un salon et deux chambres, une cuisine avec un équipement de base. Très proche de Sarnano (joli) et de la montagne. A 45 min de jolies villes et de la mer.

Tranquility and hospitality

We had a lovely stay at Ilva's house, just outside Sarnanno. The location is a perfect starting point for many trips in the Marche regio. Enjoyed the food, culture and nature, all in the same region. Ilva was very kind and spoiled us with her backery and vegs from her garden. Although she lives behind the Paradiso, she always kept distance. Mille grazie!

una piacevole scoperta

La realta' ha superato le aspettative. gia' il parco e' un biglietto da visita. Dormire sull'amaca fissata tra due alberi fra il profumo del rosmarino, della menta selvatica delle rose gia' sarebbe stato godere di una vacanaza relax.- Con il barbecue di ferragosto consumato accanto ad un muro "poetico" gia' avremmo potuto concludere le nostre ferie. Parcheggio auto sotto un albero, che comunque non vedi. E non e' poco essere in vacanza e non vedere un'auto. Due km dal paese, passeggiata fantastica. La descrizione degli interni, rispecchia la proprietaria: di classe e buon gusto, la gentilezza di Ilva, (si puo' dare del tu a chi ti accoglie come fossi un amico), che con affetto ci ha parlato della sua casa. Spero proprio di tornare il prossimo anno perche' il "PICCOLO PARADISO DI ILVA" e SARNANO sono luoghi meravigliosi.

Een aanrader !

In de laatste week van juli zijn we afgereisd naar Piccolo Paradiso di Elisa in de kleine buurtschap Grassetti vlakbij Sarnano. Eén van de "I borghi piu belli d'Italia". Het is een leuk huis met een grote gezellige woonkamer met op elkaar afgestemde kleuren en eigen gemaakte schilderijen. Naast de woonkamer zijn er twee grote slaapkamers, een keuken en een badkamer. Vanuit de tuin heb je een mooi zicht op de Monte Sibillini. Gelukkig is er ook een overdekt terras dat bescherming biedt tegen de zonneschijn en de regen want zo vlak bij de bergen valt weleens een spatje. De eigenaresse, Ilva, woont naast het huis en is heel vriendelijke en behulpzaam. Na aankomst is ze met ons naar Sarnano gereden en de supermarkten en enkele restaurants gewezen. Een ervan was van haar neef waar we 's-avonds lekker hebben gegeten. Groente uit eigen tuin hebben we gegeten en ze heeft zelfs een overheerlijke citroencake voor ons gebakken. Sarnano is een gezellig levendig stadje met alle benodigde voorzieningen. Elke morgen naar de bakker om vers brood te halen en daarna op het terras een lekker kopje cappuccino, zoals de Italianen doen. Het is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes in het zuidelijke gedeelte van De Marken. Alle hoogtepunten zijn zo'n beetje in een uur te berijden. Het landschap is wonderschoon. Heuvels met geel en groene vlakken, bomen en hier en daar huis. En rondom Sarnano ligt op elke heuveltop - zo ver het oog reikt - een oud stadje. Voor de liefhebbers iets om stil van te worden. Kortom genoeg te doen en te zien. Wij vonden het een aanrader. Wim, Hilde en Hans

Piccolo Paradiso di Elisa

È veramente difficile,per chi è amante della natura e del silenzio,trovare delle note non positive su questa residenza. Immersa in un ampio spazio verde,con belle piante che offrono con le loro fronde la giusta ombra nelle giornate soleggiate. Il dehore completa la parte esterna per i momenti di condivisione e di relax con l'anfiteatro dei Sibillini al tramonto come sfondo.Gli interni sono dotati di grande calore e raccontano di un ambiente domestico con radici lontane.Non manca niente!!(Anche il nostro Westy si è trovato benissimo!!) Il territorio offre innumerevoli attrattive per soddisfare ogni tipo di esigenza,il tutto molto fruibile senza grandi spostamenti. Casa incantevole

Abbiamo avuto il grande onore di essere i primi ospiti.i questo "Piccolo Paradiso"! Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti dalla Signora Ilva in maniera molto amichevole che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra. La casa è molto accogliente e ben ammobiliata. Il giardino è molto bello e spazioso dove I bambini possono giocare liberamente. La casa è situata in una posizione strategica dove si possono raggiungere tanti incantevoli paesi e località. Vi consigliamo vivamente di trascorrere le vostre vacanze al Piccolo Paradiso! Gian Luca e Famiglia
