About this property

We created it for you!

Our house is just finished: we have restored and enlarged a small agricultural building located on a wooded lot. Everything is new from the kitchen to the living room through the bedding rooms that each have a bathroom and toilet. The view of the living room is unique and allows you to observe nature in an extraordinary way. We like to stay there to enjoy the calm and zenitude of places.
There are many activities: Au Thoureil: nautical club (including water skiing)
Ballades on the Loire in traditional boats with flat bottom, Toue and Gabarre
Hiking trails to meet megalithic sites
Cycle path: Eurovélo 6, "the Loire by bike"
Nearby, savor:

Très bon séjour

Propriétaires très chaleureux et à l’écoute des locataires. Nous étions 4 adultes et avons occupé 2 chambres sur 3. Le gîte est situé en pleine nature, avec beaucoup d’espace, au calme dans un environnement propice à se ressourcer, ce que nous recherchions. La pièce de vie est magnifique, spacieuse avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain et son sanitaire, ce qui est très appréciable. Nous y reviendrions bien volontiers si l’occasion se présentait. Belle région à découvrir avec un passé historique dense. Très heureux de notre séjour.

Lovely home in a beautiful location

The house is very well appointed. Living area upstairs, bedrooms Downstairs. Nice bathrooms, lots of space. Unfortunately it was an unexpected heatwave the week we stayed, so we were unable to explore the area much. During the day we kept the shutters closed so the upstairs remained as cool as possible. We were able to sit under the terrace on the picnic bench in the garden in the shade (with the sheep), until the afternoon when the deck was in shade. The bedroom was a little warm at night, so a fan would have been useful. Only a 15 minute walk to the river, very good restaurant. 10 mins to supermarket by car. Good wine shop in Brissac for wine tasting. Saumur for tank museum and other sites. Would recommend.

Une semaine au vert

Maison atypique avec vue prenante sur canopée ! Bel accueil dès notre arrivée. Environnement idéal pour se ressourcer au sein de la nature. Belles balades en forêt et sur les bords de Loire. Maison très bien rénovée, tout confort, bonne literie, calme garanti !

Un séjour au calme

Très belle maison au calme et ce volume de pièce à vivre avec la terrasse, magnifique ! Suggestion pour la terrasse, car même si cela ne nous a pas dérangé (on était que 3), le parasol est un peu petit. Un store banne ou un parasol plus grand, pourrait être le bienvenu surtout pour le dejeuné. En tout cas, on a bien profité, Merci !

Une superbe maison pour un excellent séjour au calme au milieu des arbres

En famille, nous avons passé un tres bon moment de la belle maison de Christine et Michel. Très confortable, avec tout ce qu'il faut, cette ancienne écurie a été restaurée avec beaucoup de goût. On peut profiter de la magnifique vue sur la canopé, de la chaleur du poêle, tranquillement assis dans le salon. L'accueil de Christine et Michel a été très sympathique. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Hier hat alles gepasst!

Ein helles, freundliches, gut ausgestattetes Haus in absolut ruhiger Lage. Knapp 15 Minuten Fußweg nach Le Thoureil mit den Booten am Loire-Ufer - immer wieder schöne Fotomotive. Kleine Wanderungen zu Menhiren und Dolmen im Wald, Ausflüge nach Angers, Saumur, Fontevraud - es hätte noch vierl zu Sehen gegeben, der Urlaub war ztu kurz.

Estancia aceptable.

La casa cumple con las fotos. Hemos estado 12 días, con mucho calor, en la parte de arriba el calor es intenso, además en el ventanal de la terraza, no hay persiana o contraventanas y el sol da todo el dia. Hacen falta un vende techo y unas mosquiteras para las ventanas. Los mosquitos te comen. Por otro lado, te dicen que la casa tiene una zona de jardín y bosque de 2 hectáreas, de las cuales puedes disfrutar de 600mts, sin cuidar y sin muebles de jardín y por supuesto sin sombra. Solo hay una mesa de madera y arriba en la terraza mesas , sillas y 2 butacas. Pero en el jardín nada y hubiéramos estado más frescos debajo de los árboles, pero no se podía. Así pues estancia aceptable, pero con algunas deficiencias importantes.

Séjour de détente

Nous nous sommes sentis très à l’aise dans cette belle maison. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, l’emplacement est magnifique et la maison est grande et confortable. Il ne manquait de rien. Il y a beaucoup de choses à découvrir dans les environs.

Rustig maar centraal gelegen ruim huis in mooie (fiets)omgeving

Fijn huis op loopafstand van dorpje aan de Loire met gezellig cafe en goed restaurant met mooi terras. Het huis is nieuw. Elke slaapkamer (goede bedden) heeft een kleine badkamer. Kussentjes op de buitenstoelen en/of comfortabel buitenmeubilair zou fijn zijn. Er is een hele oude barbecue, maar er zijn geen barbecue-tangen. Vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaren.

Nous avons passés 2 très belles semaines au Thoureil, il y a de nombreuses activités alentours et la maison a été très bien conçue , c'était très agréable de profiter de la vue en dinant.

Excellent!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à le maison de vacances de les Bersons à Le Thoureil. La maison est comfortable et assez grande pour 6 personnes. La cuisine est formidable. Tous est là. Les douches/toilets sont parfait. Le balcon est agréable, pas de soleil dans le midi. Quand on veut voir le soleil on peut s’asseoir dans le ‘jardin’. Nous avons manger plusieurs fois á Le Route du Sel, ont été à L’Estaminet pour une bière, ont loué des bicyclettes a Gennes pour un tour selon La Loire et pour goûter/acheter des vins à Langlois-Chateau, il y a un super-u et un boulangerie à Gennes. Saumur est très pittoresque avec son chateau et Angers a un musée très interessant. Absolument recommandable!!!!
