The Park House - Downtown Gilbert - Spa - Large Backyard with Games

Relax in this cozy, newly-remodeled home in the heart of Downtown Gilbert. The Park house has everything you need in indoor/outdoor space - comfortable bedrooms, sparkling bathrooms, and thoughtfully designed, comfortable living spaces. Soak in the hot tub, relax around the fire pit, and enjoy an evening outdoors grilling and playing yard games. Only a short distance to Downtown which gives you access to all of the trendy restaurants and entertainment Gilbert has to offer.

Kitchen – Fully stocked with everything you need such as pots/pans, bakeware, and dinnerware for 8. Small appliances include CrockPot, electric skillet, blender, toaster, hand mixer, and three different coffee makers (standard, Keurig, and Expresso).

Bedrooms – One king and one queen bed with soft, luxurious linens and pillows, plus two roll-out twin beds and a portable crib. With the addition of the comfortable sectional couch, we can accommodate 7 guests (children under the age of 3 are not included in this number).

Bathrooms – Master bath has walk-in shower with double-shower heads, second bath has tub/shower combo, and both are stocked with plush, luxurious towels.

Backyard – Corn hole, ladder golf, giant Jenga, frisbee, giant checkers, and ping pong are sure to keep you entertained. We also have a lighted patio with a grill, dining table, hot tub, and a fire pit area with comfy Adirondack chairs where you can relax under the stars.

Technology – We have free wi-fi, TV’s in both bedrooms, and a 55-inch TV and blu-ray player in the family room for a memorable movie night. All TV’s have smart capabilities (ROKU) so you can access your favorite shows on Netflix, Prime, etc.

We are Family Friendly – Gather around to play board games, yard games, ping pong, and make S’mores by the fire. The backyard is a kids dreamland and there is also an excellent park and playground just down the street. We also provide a portable crib and high chair for smaller children.
