Modern holiday home with pool in Gramat

Mooi, net huisje. Alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt om zelf te koken. Zalig zwembad. Perfecte tuin voor de honden. 1 klein minpuntje. Onze hond ( minischnauzer) was onder het hek doorgekropen. Opgelost met grote steen voor te leggen. Topadres !

We had a great time in this wonderful house. Very private even with the owners next door. We felt super comfortable and regretted we could only stay for 2 weeks. The area is very beautiful, we loved walking our dog there. By car there are great villages and spots to visit in the surrounding countryside.

We werden hartelijk verwelkomd door de eigenaar met een uitgebreide rondleiding, een fles wijn en zelfgemaakte pate. Het was ook nog eens heel goed schoongemaakt, ook niet onbelangrijk in deze tijd.Het huisje is fantastisch met een mooi omheinde tuin voor de hond. Het zwembad was geweldig. Het huisje ligt aan een doodlopende weg en je ziet af en toe een wandelaar en de boer met zijn vee. Mooi wandelgebied ook voor de hond. Het dorp om boodschappen te doen ligt op 10 minuten.

Charme et calme

Une ravissante maison perdue dans la campagne,au calme avec tout le confort et une piscine fort agreable. Proche des points touristiques à voir et à 10mns de ttes les commodités (Grammat) Des propritaires acceuillants, sympatiques et qui nous ont gâté à l'arrivée comme au départ (vin et paté fait maison). Le seul point d'amélioration : la clim serait bienvenue dans les chambres qui sont sous les toits et vite suffocantes en cas de forte chaleur (3 nuits sur 7 furent pénibles)

Vriendelijke mensen Jacques en Isabell. We kregen een geschenk bij aankomst wat we zeer apprecieerden. Ook onze hond was van harte welkom. Het huisje is gelegen in een mooie omgeving. Je kan er prachtige wandelingen maken langs de canyon van de Lauzou. Super om te doen samen met je gezin en/of viervoeter. Het huisje had alles wat een mens nodig heeft. Fijn zwembad.

Zeer mooie omgeving, het huis ligt afgelegen en rustig maar is makkelijk bereikbaar en te vinden met GPS. Hartelijke ontvangst door de eigenaars die een leuke verassing hadden klaarstaan voor ons. Het huis zelf is piekfijn in orde, heel mooi en proper. De minpuntjes : De kwaliteit van de matrassen was niet zo goed. Vast internet is aanwezig en er staat een high-end draadloze router maar omdat de internet verbinding zo traag is, is het nauwelijks bruikbaar. (Te traag voor Netflix bvb.)

De eigenares stond ons op te wachten toen we aankwamen. Ondanks dat ons Frans niet zo goed was, waren de eigenaars zeer vriendelijk. Er stond een fles rosé voor ons klaar en ook paté. Het huisje was helemaal in orde. Af en toe kwamen we wat vuil bestek ofzo tegen maar dat ligt volgens mij meer aan de vorige huurders. Er stonden een paar basis spullen in de kast zoals kruiden, thee, koffie en een rol wc-papier dus hou hiermee rekening dat je nog even naar de winkel zal moeten. Voor de rest was alles in orde. Het huisje ligt heel rustig en je komt af en toe loslopende dieren tegen. Ook het zwembad heeft goed dienst gedaan tijdens onze vakantie terwijl wij normaal geen zwembadmensen zijn. Wij komen nog terug!

Super net huis met super nette tuin en omgeving. Eigenaren wonen naast het huisje maar die respecteren meer dan je privacy. Wanneer je ze nodig hebt staan ze voor je klaar. Echt super lieve mensen. Alles aanwezig in het huisje zelf. Wij hebben mazzel gehad met het mooie weer. Het was erg aangenaam.

We waren voor de 3de keer op vakantie in dit huis. Zoals de vorige keren was alles prima in orde en werden we zeer warm onthaald. Het enige minpunt, maar dat heeft niets met de vakantiewoning te maken, was het weer. Gelukkig is er een prima verwarming in het huis. Een aanrader!

Huisje tiptop in orde!Echt alles aanwezig om een prachtige vakantie te beleven,erg hulpvaardige eigenaars,flesje wijn en huisbereide paté ter verwelkoming.Zeer rustig gelegen,geen lawaai,super zwembad en afgesloten tuin zodat we ons geen zorgen moesten maken om onze hond die mee was!
