Beautiful property/Great Stay

This is a beautiful property and we had a great stay. Kristin was fantastic and super responsive on any questions. The property grounds are beautiful and the house has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again.

Beautiful Stay over “Christmas in Middleburg”

We stayed at this beautiful property for an annual friends weekend, to coincide with “Christmas in Middleburg”. The owner was very communicative over text, provided a comprehensive and very useful guide for staying at the house, and proactively provided recommendations for things to do while in town. The dining area was perfect for our “family dinners” and the living room area was a comfortable space to settle in and hang out for the night. We used the hot tub, which was very spacious and worked great. Only about a 30 minute drive to Middleburg and plenty of winery options in the area. The only (slight) inconvenience was only one full bathroom for the three upstairs bedrooms (two full bedrooms and the room with a pullout couch) to share. But we made it work fine. Would definitely recommend this for a future stay.

Bucket List Trip #3

My 3 sisters and I have been taking my 91 year old mom on her Bucket list trips for the past couple of years. This year she wanted to go back home and see the remaining cousins that she grew up with. This house was centrally located in the Loudon County area and was beautiful. My favorite spot was the swing on the front porch which overlooked a beautiful view on the mountains. The owners are very nice and readily available to communicate with should you need to. The house was plenty big and we each had our own bedroom, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of linens available. This house. however, it isn't very handicapped accessible for the elderly that are walking with canes, but we made due. My one suggestion would be to place a handrail on the wall by the master bath toilet to make this easily accessible for the those who have knee issues. It is a beautiful place and I wouldn't be surprised if we decided to return. Thank you so much for letting us stay and for helping us fulfill my mom's wish to see her Virginia Family again.

Meadowbrook Review

Best place for family gathering!

A knock-out property, well kept with interesting touches and plenty of room. We saw deer every morning as we drank our coffee on the front porch and swallows swooped under the porch roof to nest in the tops of the columns! Plenty of room to spread out but great common areas as well!

Low-Key Bachelorette Party

I stayed here for a bachelorette party (8 guests) where the goal was to relax in a lovely location in the evenings and visit a winery during the day. This house delivered on everything we needed! It was only a 10 min drive to our chosen winery. The common areas were perfect for gathering, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed to cook and serve brunch and dinner. We used the hot tub both nights we were there, which was heavenly. Everyone also raves about how comfy the beds were - one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a while! I also really appreciated the easy checkout - the list of to-do’s was short and quite appreciated. Kristin was so communicative and easy to work with, letting me show up early for check-in to set up a bit as well. And she left us a sweet welcome gift. All in all it was the perfect weekend!

Relaxing and wonderful

Very clean, beautifully decorated, super comfortable beds .. we all enjoyed the hot tub! The rain didn’t allow firepit use but it was fun to watch the rain from the porch swing which we all also used a lot .. we felt very relaxed and had a great time!

Generous sized home

This home was the perfect ground zero for the family to meet, eat and set up for a wedding in Paeonian Springs. Bedrooms are spacious and private with a large gathering space for the family. Not one complaint from our family chef about someone in the kitchen! There was ample room to stay out of his way. The outside grounds were wonderful for the grandchildren to run around without worry. Highly recommend this space.

Fantastic girls getaway

4 of us girls (40+ in age) had a fabulous weekend. We each had our own room, plenty of space, enjoyed the hot tub and really loved the deck and area. The house is beautiful and the owner was great at communication. We hope to go back again!

Great spacious get away!

Adult couple get away. Property has great broadband speed, house is larger in person, house has all of the little things such as soap, salt pepper, cooking spray etc.. communication with property owners was great. The local deer population visited us every evening which was a nice bonus!

Fall COVID get away

We had a great time escaping for virtual learning/work from home. We enjoyed the proximity to excellent hiking, breweries, and cideries. Kids loved the creek and space to run. Thanks for a great stay!

Great property for an executive retreat

The property is large and isolated yet near great outings such as breweries, wineries and restaurants. Note: I would recommend planning for a driver before coming because ride share services out here are limited
