Crystal Pool, Central Park, curling rink, police station, chicken take-out and sushi place all within 200m radius. Internet, heat, hot water included. 3rd floor of a 64 unit building. Parking spot. Laundry and dryer downstairs. NOT facing noisy roads. Pet friendly building (willing to accept dog under 20 lbs). New sofa couch. Faces east for morning light. I'm off to Asia for 3 months...

I am a single person who has lived in this condo for 18 years. Each year I go on a big trip and so I will be away Dec 2019-Feb 2020 travelling in Indonesia.
Why they chose this property
Great location, fully furnished and quiet. Victoria has a severe shortage of affordable housing. My condo is great for a single person/couple looking to enjoy the west coast and escape the "white stuff." A place like this is difficult to find so... contact me.
What makes this property unique
Very active strata who will assist with any issues. Recycling shed. Osprey nest visible from window.
