Good - but could be better

A pleasant apartment, but some attention to detail would help. 'Linens' are included - but when it came to towels, just one bath towel, and a few small towels....a lot of bedding - but nothing matching, several duvets and pillows- all taking up most of the space in the wardrobe. It would have been useful to have an info sheet to know where rubbish should be left - and some recommended restaurants. No wifi! And the steep hill to town centre or to the promenade may not suit all. Having said all this, we enjoyed our stay.

Apparemment ancien très bien restaure.

Belle location très bien situé correspondant bien a notre attente . Seulement difficultés les difficultés de stationnement inhérent et habituel à Cancale. Résultat de la beauté du lieu.

Séjour en août 2020 ,appartement agréable, bien aménagé pour les vacances. Super emplacement, à 5 mns du port à pieds. Seule remarque difficile de se garer.

Ekelhaft. Schmutzig fing es bereits im Treppenhaus an und so ging es auch in der Wohnung weiter. Schmutz und Sand auf den Fenstersims, Restabfälle unter dem Sofa, nicht gelehrter Abfallkorb, Sofadecke mit Flecken; doch das Schlimmste war die Bettwäsche, welche Haar präsentierte und vor allem nach "alt und unrein roch". Einer von uns bekam nach der ersten Nacht einen Hautausschlag. Der Schrank um Schlafzimmer und alles was dort drin versorgt war, roch arg nach "alter, vermoderter gebauchter Wäsche". Wir waren alle sehr unglücklich. Doch es fing bereits nach der Buchung an, in dem wir ausser der "Bestätigung" keine Nachricht über Schlüsselübergabe, Regeln etc. erhalten hatten. Ich hatte auf ebookers gebucht und nicht gemerkt, dass ich danach in Tat und Wahrheit auf "HomeAways" gelandet war. Klammheimlich und ohne klare Botschaft; keine faire Kommunikation! Einmal vor Ort merkte ich, dass ich die HomeAways App runterladen sollte; nur so erhielt ich die Tel Nr. des Vermieters und konnte ihn kontaktieren zur Regelung des Empfangs. Denn vor Ort war überhaupt nichts angeschrieben. Die schlimmsten 2 Nächte auf der Reise. Tut euch dies nicht an. Jemand der eine solche Philosophie hat, sollte keine Wohnung vermieten. "Gastgeber sein" sollte man gerne tun, einen richtigen Preis verlangen und dann auch Gastfreundschaft "liefern". Was nützt ein guter Preis. Dieser Zustand wäre auch zu €5.00 nicht empfehlenswert gewesen.
