Rent pretty little villa on the top of Cassis

We put in seasonal hiring furnished a pretty small villa "The Bastidon", approximately 90 m ² livable with:
. An extraordinary view of the port and the bay of Cassis (photo 1),
. Hyper-secure access (2 automatic portals),
. 2 to 3 private car parks,
. A large garden (photo 2) and closed (small pets allowed), with a (huge) covered barbecue, lit + running water (photo 3),
. A large terrace of 45 m² including a private part (photo 4), and the other part covered by a veranda "to live" (closed, air-conditioned and lit), serving as an entrance and dining room (photo 5).
. Entering the air-conditioned living room and equipped with a fireplace insert (photo 6), with a sofa bed that can serve as 6th occasional bed, we find in front a charming kitchen (stone sink Cassis) , fully equipped (photos 7 & 8), then right:
. A large room (photo 9), with 2 beds (140 cm bed) overlooking a private terrace (photo 4), with a large adjoining dressing room, fully equipped, and a bathroom (photo 10) and a Independent toilet.
. Then, going to the 1st floor by a beautiful staircase ((photo 11),
. A mezzanine with a bed (1 sleeping) of 90 cm, a large closet and a very clear desk (photo 12), then:
. A room with 2 beds (2 beds of 90 cm), with a big cupboard and seen on sea (photo 13),
. A bathroom with toilet (photo 14).
All in perfect condition, well decorated, well equipped, heated, air conditioned and equipped with controlled mechanical ventilation (VMC).
Wi-fi box available + TV (30 channels).

Magnificent view and beautiful cabin

The house is located at the top of Cassis and if you don’t mind walking steep hills, you will love it just like we did. The view is even better than the pictures and you can enjoy the sunset while having a glass of wine from the owner’s vineyard. Michel is a very nice host who made sure we had a great time.

Superbe maison dans un environnement calme et sécurisé

La maison est bien équipée et la suite parentale au rez de chaussée est très pratique. On ne se lasse pas de la vue depuis le jardin sur la baie de Cassis en contrebas! Roseline qui s'occupe des formalités d'arrivée et de départ est charmante et très arrangeante. Michel Bréchet est venu nous saluer et en a profité pour nous changer la plancha qui avait bien vécu. Merci pour ce beau séjour ! Nous recommandons!

La vue mer, le calme et le soleil

On s'y sent comme chez soi, équipement complet, rien ne manque. Accueil chaleureux, le propriétaire et la personne de confiance sont à l'écoute et prévenants. La vue sur Cassis et le calme de la villa font d'elle un écrin parfait pour des vacances reposantes avec la proximité du centre et des commodités.

super gîte à 2 km de Cassis et vue époustouflante

très chouette petit gîte au calme, dans les hauteurs mais à seulement 2 km de la merveilleuse ville de Cassis. Très bonne localisation pour sillonner la région. Extérieur ressourçant. Gîte bien équipé à l'intérieur. Concvient bien à une famille de 4 personnes. Voiture indispensable

Haus in traumhafter Lage mit fantastischem Blick über Cassis, Meer und Calanque

Das Haus liegt in einer geschützen Anliegerstraße sehr weit oben am Hang. Es ist vollständig eingerichtet und bietet für die weniger heißen Tage in der Nebensaison einen tollen Wintergarten. Wir haben unsere Woche dort sehr genossen! Herr Bréchet ist ein sehr sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der uns einige gute Tipps gegeben hat.

Super schöner Ausblick

Michel ist ein zuvorkommender Gastgeber und hat sich um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Das Inventar (vor allem die Aussenmöbel und Liegen) sind ein wenig in die Tage gekommen. Der Rasen im Gartenstück ist Kunstrasen der bisweilen sehr heiß wurde. Eine Klimanlage im oben gelegenen Schlafzimmer fehlt. Die hohe Lage des Hauses macht es, vorallem auf dem Rückweg, sehr anstrengend den Weg nach Cassis zu Fuß zu bewältigen (ca. 20 min.). In der Hochsaison sind Parkplätze in Cassis kaum zu bekommen und in den Restaurants ist eine Reservierung eigentlich zwingend. Die Natur nahe Lage bringt leider auch Mäuse mit sich. Der Ausblick auf die Bucht von Cassis ist genial.

Outstanding location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house as well as the location is tremendous. Nice garden for the kids to play soccer etc. The view from the (winter)garden is great. The host (Michel) is really nice and was taking care of us in order to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Will definitely come back soon.

Propriétaire très organisé, répondant rapidemment aux questions, avec beaucoup d'astuces sur Cassis, carte IGN, etc. Maison très pratique (à cinq), avec la clime bien fraîche. Vue phénoménale de la baie de Cassis. Connexion internet digne de son nom. Un peu lointain du centre ville, mais bien situé pour des randos. Un séjour agréable!

Premier séjour à Cassis

Résidence charmante sur les hauteurs de Cassis, éloignée de toute agitation, calme et reposant ! Très bon accueil. Sans oublier la vue à admirer du petit déjeuner au coucher !

Super semaine au sein de cette magnifique maison. Vue sur la mer, rien de mieux. Difficile d’aller à la mer à pied, mieux vaut prendre la voiture. Super accueil par le neveu du propriétaire.

Magnifique vue pour des vacances au calme

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse avec sa vue magnifique et le barbecue qui en plus d'être esthétique est efficace. A l'intérieur, nous avons déploré l'absence de climatisation au premier étage. En plein été, la chaleur était suffocante dans la chambre. Par chance, le propriétaire nous a rapidement apporté un ventilateur pour pallier ce manque. Le bastidon est bien équipé et pratique. Les sanitaires sont corrects mais mériteraient d'être mieux entretenus (écoulement lent dans le lavabo; lunette des wc de travers).

Super séjour à Cassis

Wir haben mit unseren 3 Kindern 11 Tage im „Bastidon“ verbracht und unsere Ferien dort sehr genossen. Das Häuschen ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet, die Betten waren sehr bequem und es war absolut ruhig. Die Kinder konnten prima im Garten spielen. Das beste war allerdings der unfassbar schöne Blick aus dem Wintergarten und dem Garten, direkt auf die Bucht von Cassis. Dort konnte man auch bei nicht so gutem Wetter toll sitzen und aufs Meer schauen. Durch die Lage in den Hügeln konnte man vom Haus aus auch gut zu Wanderungen aufbrechen. Ins Zentrum von Cassis braucht man mit dem Auto 5 Minuten, zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten, dabei ist der Rückweg durchaus sportlich. Der Eigentümer, Monsieur Bréchet, ist sehr nett und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Für uns war es die perfekte Unterkunft, wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Es war toll

Das Haus hat eine phantastische Lage, der Blick ist genauso wie auf dem Foto. Es liegt sehr ruhig. Michel ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der immer ansprechbar ist. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen.

Traumhafte Lage

Sehr netter Vermieter, Top Lage, allerdings nicht ohne Auto, Wohnung etwas verschachtelt und dunkel. Der überdachte Wintergarten ist ein Traum. Selbst in kühlen Nächten kann man auf die Bucht von Cassis blicken.
