About this property

We bought this house with enormous potential 8 years ago. We decided to make it a cozy nest where everyone will have their living space. Four large bedrooms of approximately 20 square meters associated with two adjoining bathrooms to two of the bedrooms. The living room dining kitchen is about 50 square meters.
The pool of 8 par 4 followed in this beautiful shady garden.
All shops are within walking distance.
The center of Toulouse is only 10 km away.

Un joli séjour à Gratentour

La maison d’Emilie et sa famille est tout à fait accueillante, avec tout le nécessaire pour de bonnes vacances. La maison est située entre deux routes mais les arbres et le jardin cachent bien du bruit et du passage. La piscine et la fraîcheur de la maison ont aussi été bienvenus pendant la canicule! On se sent vite comme à la maison chez Émilie avec qui le contacte a été très bon, ainsi qu’avec sa voisine Lamia qui nous a accueilli. Le chat est aussi très mignon et câlin ! Idéal pour des vacances sans prétention et sympathique !

maison très sympa

Beaucoup d'espace dans cette jolie maison, en particulier dans les pièces de vie, agréables. La climatisation dans les chambres est très appréciable. La propriété est agrémentée d'un grand jardin arboré contribuant à l'atmosphère charmante et reposante. Il n'y a aucun vis à vis. Piscine bien entretenue dont nous avons bien profité. Communication fluide et sympathique avec les propriétaires (merci à leurs amis d'avoir assuré aussi gentiment notre accueil). A noter : la boulangerie et l'épicerie à proximité étaient fermés pendant notre séjour (mois d'août). Beaucoup de commerces à proximité mais voiture nécessaire.

Vacances de Noël 2019 en famille.

La Maison est lumineuse ..de Belles pièces de vie ...avec petit poêle à granulés , très convivial et facile d’utilisation. ..grande cuisine ouverte sur le salon et bien équipée ...chambres spacieuses et lumineuses .. Dommage , nous n’avons pas pu profiter des espaces extérieurs , dû à notre séjour hivernal. Proche tt commerces. 30mn du centre de Toulouse en voiture. La propriétaire Emilie , est une charmante personne charmante , disponible et à l’écoute. Je conseille cette chaleureuse maison où nous avons pu nous retrouver en famille pour passer un beau Noël.
