About this property

Beautiful Fully Remodeled Condo Sleeps 6-8

**5-night minimum in the summer months.
**Monthly rentals from October-March.
Come relax and enjoy one of the most beautiful locations in Central Washington, located right along the Columbia River. Enjoy boating, 2 golf courses, swimming, dining and many other outdoor activities in a place that has more than 200 days of sunshine a year.
With the Gorge Amphitheater being a 25-minute drive away this is also the perfect place to stay for any concert. And don't worry if you forget something.... the town of Quincy is only a 15-minute drive and has everything you might need.
Our condo has 3 bedrooms each with its own queen bed, a bunk room and 2 full bathrooms. We sleep 6 adults comfortably and the bunks are great for children. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. There is a gas BBQ located on our private balcony. We also host the largest pool in all of Central Washington, a separate baby pool and a large hot tub. Walk only a few hundred yards and you will find a state-of-the-art boat launch, day use beaches, children's play area, basketball courts and a large grassy park. Come and bring your family for a great vacation at Crescent Bar Resort.
**We welcome Long Term Rentals in our winter months; October-March. Our rate is around $1800.00 plus a $150.00 monthly cleaning fee. We will come in and perform a basic cleaning each month of your stay. Please inquire for more information about your monthly stays.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time at the condo! It was just as advertised and had everything we needed! We enjoyed the courtyard, pool and hot tub as well as the quick walk to the beach area. It was a great place to unwind after 3 nights of concerts at The Gorge. Would definitely stay here again!

The grounds are beautiful and proximity to the gorge is amazing. We had a hard time finding the keybox, it is probably time to refresh the numbers on the keyboxes as they are fading. I'm glad we got there while it was light, it would be difficult to navigate in the dark. I didn't realize the entire condo was inside a gated facility. The kids loved the pool and crescent bar is always beautiful.

Great condo close to the Gorge

We stayed here for the weekend while attending a concert at the Gorge rather than having to drive home or camp after the show. The condo is great and has an awesome pool and grassy area for kids to play. We'll definitely be looking to go back.

Crescent Bar Fun

This is is our second time staying in this unit, and it's a great property that has everything you need. Marci is a great host and communicates very quickly if you have any questions during your stay. I grew up going to Crescent Bar, and while there are newer complexes there this is our favorite to stay as a family with young kids. The pool is great and has a distinct shallow/deep end, and a great grassy area on the inside of the complex for the kids to play baseball and soccer in the evenings after the pool. We hope to be back next year!

Great condo

This condo was perfect for our visit and we especially loved the fun pool and hot tub and the beautiful grass courtyard, where all guests spent time throughout the day and well into the evenings. The way this complex is set up you get a real sense of community. We also really appreciated having a boat launch right behind the condo complex so we could easily take our boat out on the river. We would definitely stay here again!

A couple of my colleagues stayed long term while working on a project in the area and loved their stay! Marci was so friendly and great to work with, and her place is very comfortable and clean. Had all the amenities they needed to make them feel at home while away from home. :) Would definitely recommend!

Great condo!

We had a wonderful time at this property! It had all the amenities and was right in the middle of crescent bar! It was a little crammed for our family of 6 adults and two kids. The only weird thing to me was we had to put on our own sheets and then make the bed before we left. Just makes you think that the comforters don’t get washed often :/ everything else was wonderful!

Family getaway

Everything was easy. Great instructions and no contact check-in/check-out. Place was clean and as advertised. Great family/community atmosphere at this condo. The pool is a real gem - very big and deep with separate area for small kids. Comfy beds too. Only downside was that we had to travel to Quincy for a lot of our food needs and the tv situation was not great.
