It is located in Saint Martin de Goyne, 10 km from Lectoure, and 7 km from La Romieu and 10 km astaffort.

house and garden overlooking a private field belonging to us, with a breathtaking 180 degree view of the Gers hillsides and view of Lectoure and the Pyrenees (if the weather is clear)

You can enjoy this view from inside the house no matter where you are.

You will have the pleasure of enjoying the private swimming pool (buried shell 6m50 x 3.5 by 1.50m deep, with secure tarpaulin for children)

Calme garanti ! Vue imprenable Logement grand et cosi propre avec tout à disposition : livre, jeu de société, chaise haute, lit bébé, plancha. Tout est excellemment pensé pour accueillir la famille. Il n’a manqué que des ventilateurs.

Heel fijn huisje met mooie keuken. Zwembad en tuin hebben prachtig uitzicht, dorpje rustig. Er is een mini-winkeltje en dat is maar goed ook want de supermarkt is ver. Aanrader.

Utterly fabulous!

This place is a gem. The pictures do not do it justice. It's peaceful and tranquil but just a short drive away from some wonderful places - La Romieu and Lectoure are really memorable. The pool is amazing, the rooms cool and spacious. Veronique does the check-in and is tres agreable. You must speak French and you need to like the remote location but you'll not regret the endless views, the wildlife and the fabulous friendliness of this village bolt-hole. Cannot recommend it highly enough!

Très jolie maison perdue dans la campagne gersoise

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Stephanie et Sebastien. Le plus indéniable, au delà de la piscine privée, la vue sur la campagne gersoise et aucun vis à vis. Une super adresse !

Logement propre avec une très belle vue. Jardin agréable. Calme. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et disponibles si besoin. Bon point de départ pour rayonner dans le Gers et alentour.

Tranquilité et panorama naturel

Accueil parfait de Stéphanie. Tout correspond à l'annonce. Maison très bien equipée et fonctionnelle décorée avec goût. Espace extérieur très agréable. Superbe vue avec paysage évoluant avec la météo. On ne voit ni entend les voisins. Attention seulement au manque de visibilité en sortant de la cour (engins agricoles qui roulent vite).

Séjour Saint-Martin de Goyne

Excellent séjour , tout était parfait, nous avons passé un séjour dans un environnement très paisible et avons profité pleinement de la pisicine. La maison est très agréable et rien ne manque en terme de matériel (ustensiles de cuisine, produits ménagers, matériels pour la piscine). Un grand merci à Véronique pour son accueil bienveillant et à Stéphanie pour l'échange chaleureux à notre départ. Je recommande cette location et n'hésiterai pas à y retourner si l'occasion se présente.

Remote happiness (but everything you need)

This property is all about the view from the swimming pool and seating area. It is just stunning! It is remote but the village has a shop that is open some days of the week. There is a village tennis court a 2 minute or less walk away. You can drive in 10 mins to a really nice small town where you can get everything you need. There is lots to see and do. The small village where the house is good enough for a former French president… and we could see why. I wish we had stayed longer and look forward to going again

Supermooie vakantiewoning met zalig uitzicht

We hebben genoten van deze hele mooie vakantiewoning. De woning was heel proper en gezellig. Het uitzicht vanop het terras en zwembad was adembenemend. De communicatie liep heel vlot en de ontvangst was heel vriendelijk. In de omgeving zijn er genoeg mogelijkheden voor leuke uitstappen te doen. Het was in één woord Top, een aanrader!! Familie Boone

lovely Gite

The house and surroundings are lovely, very comfortable, nice pool. Our only issue was the owner gave us the wrong contact number for the caretaker (she added an extra digit by mistake) which as we did not speak french and they did not speak English was a bit of a challenge to sort out, and by the time we got this sorted she could not meet us till 6pm which was a bit late, 4pm would have been much better

We enjoyed four wonderful days at this beautiful place! Stephanie and Mme. Bergès were really kind and helped us spend a fantastic time in family enjoying the views and quietness of this place. Would definitely come back!

Séjour dans le Gers

Séjour très reposant dans ce gîte à 10 mn de Lectoure en hauteur avec une vue époustouflante. Calme assuré, il y a même un terrain de basket pour les jeunes dans le village. Merci pour ce bon moment

Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis par Véronique dans cette maison de vacances décorée avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipée. La vue sur la campagne est exceptionnelle depuis toutes les pièces de la maison. Notre séjour a été parfait.

Idéal pour séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec nos deux enfants. Le cadre est superbe, et les environs très calme. Le logement est propre et très bien équipé, notamment pour les enfants. Nous avons également été très bien accueillis. Nous reviendrons !
