studio 28 m2, on the 1st floor of a small collective inspired by the construction of boats, with sleeping cabin separate from the living room with 140 bed; bathroom with bath, sink and wc; living room with kitchenette including: sink, fridge, 2 hot plates, mini-oven and microwave; dining area, sofa bed for possible sleeping 2 additional people; large bay directly overlooking the port of bas-sablons, bas-sablons beach and view of the old town beyond the port; bars and restaurants nearby, laundromat and neighborhood grocery store 300 m away; close to park and hiking trails, at the foot of the city of Aleth; close to the 39/45 memorial and the cap-horniers museum in the solidor tower; ideal for a couple but can accommodate up to 4 people; not suitable for young children

2 pièces agréable, très bien équipé et idéalement situé. 30mn à pied de St-Malo Intra-Muros. Proximité plage, tous commerces. Hôtesse attentionnée, qui privilégie la communication par téléphone, ce qui est appréciable.

Le logement est très agréable . Suffisant pour deux personnes. L'entrée de l'immeuble laisse à désirer, (boites à lettres cassées , moquette du couloir très sale ..) Endroit calme malgré les commerces du rdc de l'immeuble ( restaurant , boutiques marines ..) Bien situé sur le port avec de nombreuses possibilités de promenade .

Séjour studio cité d'Alet août 2020

Le logement est conforme à l’annonce. Il convient parfaitement pour un couple avec un coin couchage (petite chambre) séparé du séjour (disposant également d'un canapé-lit). Propre et bien équipé, il permet de profiter de la vie du port et de la plage au pied de la résidence. Il convient parfaitement pour se reposer le soir après les nombreuses activités que propose la région. De plus, les transports en commun (bus et bateaux) permettent d’oublier la voiture sur le parking public.
