Great place to stay. Safe. Location is centralized. It is close proximity to many of the city's tourist and local attractions. Hosts were responsive and friendly. Would stay here again.
Overall our stay was positive. The accommodations were spacious, convenient for us and having access to two parking spots was fabulous & so appreciated. The host’s responses to questions were prompt & helpful. There was a few things that could have made the experience more better and that is if the balcony was cleaned as we could not use the furniture. However, it is important to note the balcony faces a very busy street, so there is lots of dust & debris. We also noted some newer towels would have been nice. As well there were crumbs between the sofa seats in the living room. Lastly, the days we stayed were hot out and the air conditioning was appreciated in the living room, however there was minimal circulation to the bedrooms so it was warm.

Family Trip to Winnipeg
Very large and spacious unit that could use more decorating as it was very echoey.
Several light bulbs were burnt out.
The place is nice but needs some upgrades; coffeemaker, bedding, etc. Not that homey.
Had issues with the television which were never rectified.
Larger than my son's house in SF! Bosch appliances. In-unit washer-dryer a big plus. Good value for money. Close to French community a plus. Noisy, busy street (Marion) during rush hours. Walking distance to many interesting sites in Winnipeg. Helpful assistance by manager when required. Good beds, plenty of hot water ... close shopping (Safeway across the street). Would visit again.
This was a great property. Definitely too big for just me, but that just meant I had more space to myself. The location is amazing, not just because of the local amenities (Safeway, 711, Dollar Store, etc.), but if you have a car, you're within a short distance of the Forks, retail, tonnes of restaurants, etc. I actually appreciate that the interior is simple without a lot of clutter. Was totally happy here and would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.
The property is in a great location with a grocery store, dollar store, coffee shop and several restaurants within a couple of blocks. The suite is spacious and nicely renovated and the on-site fitness room was a happy surprise. Th caretaker for the suite lives in the building and he was very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this property to others.
My husband and I stayed here for 6 days and were very happy with our accommodations. Nick was very helpful and answered any questions we had promptly. The location was great and the secure parking was an added bonus. The condo is very roomy and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again.
Great location, spacious apartment, simple and basic necessities.
We chose this suite based on proximity to hospital, onsite parking, and the spaciousness of the unit.
Master bed very comfortable. 2nd bed was OK (harder IKEA mattress).
Great to have washer and dryer (with soap provided).
As for decor - basic!! No lamps, bedside tables, end tables, pictures on the wall or accents to make it feel like home. Unit sparsely furnished. Kitchen has basic amenities, not even a bowl to serve food, but luckily a dollar store is across the street.....
Changes may have been made by the time you book, but photos you see in the ad may be exactly what you get, no more, no less.
