This stunning 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom oceanfront condo is in the exclusive Summer Beach Resort, near the world-renowned Ritz Carlton, Amelia Island. Come relax and enjoy the oceanfront ambiance of this beautiful condo.

This 2-bedroom Sailmaker condo is on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the guest room has a queen and a twin bed. There's also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy patio access from the living room, and the stunning ocean views. The Sailmaker pool is just a short walk away.

Parking is available for up to two vehicles, with one guaranteed spot (except during holidays and special events).

Beautiful Amelia Island condo

The best views from your private deck and hearing the sounds of waves. Great access to beach and comfortable accommodations. Amelia Island and the town of Fernandina beach are lovely.

Wonderful quick weekend getaway

Beautiful place, comfortable furniture and well stocked kitchen. Shortish walk to the beach and beach area wasn’t very crowded at all. This unit/building was more private than others which was nice!

Wonderful vacation!

We had an amazing week in the Sail Loft - 709 SailMaker!. The location was amazing and the condo was clean and well-appointed. Mock's did a great job - the reservation process was great, and the check-in and check-out was simple. We plan to stay here again this summer!

Wonderful stay

This is our 2nd time this summer at Fernandina beach at sailmaker, but first time at this condo. It was impeccably clean, and fully equipped- beach chairs, umbrella, cart, beach toys, board games- you name it! We loved our Labor Day weekend stay. Great view of the beach, not crowded at all- just as we like it. We may be back next summer. 5 stars!!

Love sailmaker location

The street leading up to the condo is beautiful. The section of the beach that these condos are on is quiet and peaceful. The view from the condo is wonderful. You can observe wildlife in the dunes directly below the balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze and waves just beyond the dunes. Convenient to everything. Shady pool and short walk to enjoy the beach. I have already booked another stay for next month. The only surprise that I encountered was that the design of the building is such that the balcony is not completely private.

Enjoyable Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Here are some things we liked: - Very clean and updated unit; tastefully decorated, kitchen and bathrooms were all updated with high with nice appliances, and it was well stocked. - Amazing views of the ocean from the main floor. - Very comfortable beds. - TVs in every room, which was great when you need a break from the beach. - Easy walk to the beach, and the beach was very clean and beautiful. Also, the beach was not very crowded...even on Memorial Day Weekend. - Very close to Fort Clinch State Park, which has a fun museum, a remote beach, and some of the best shark teeth hunting we've ever experienced. - Very close to the historic town of Fernandina. We really enjoyed Amelia Island Coffee (for breakfast) and Timoti's Seafood Shak (lunch/dinner). - Close to Jacksonville. We took a break from the beach and took the kids to the Zoo...one of the best zoos we've ever been to. - Parking spot is right in front of the unit. - Nice Publix and Harris Teeter nearby, or Walmart if you are trying to save money. Here is a list of things we didn't like: - We had to leave.

Enjoyed our stay

We love the location. Unit is nicely decorated and clean. We had one issue where the main bedroom windows wouldn’t close all the way so the wind was constantly blowing in. We would stay here again though.

Love this property! Have stayed here previously and love the location, beach, walkability and distance to Fernandina! There was a small cleanliness issue but nothing that would stop us from returning.

Wonderful view of ocean

The condo was very clean and was beautifully decorated. The view of the ocean from the balcony was awesome and the beach was gorgeous. We definitely want to visit again.

Gorgeous Condo with an oceanfront balcony & view!

The owners have thought of everything in this beautiful condo. Spotless and totally updated with a nice modern beach vibe. Spacious rooms, beautiful furnishing, wonderful kitchen with all new appliances, dish-ware, glasses, pots, etc. Beach towels rolled at the end of the beds were such a nice touch. Well appointed bathrooms that are also spotless and updated. Crisp clean linens and towels. The balcony overlooks the ocean and has magnificent sunrises. A nice high top table enhances the view. They have thought of everything here. Also in a great location just a half mile from The Ritz and a few miles from town. The beach is private and beautiful here. We can't wait to return!

Amazing beachfront condo

Let me start by saying first impressions are everything! 709 Sailmaker made a great first impression from the moment we walked in the door. The place was spotless and appears to be newly renovated. Obviously, the view straight to the ocean through the large sliding glass door was amazing! The location is just a few short steps to the boardwalk that takes you to the beach. The owner/vacation rental company obviously thought of the little things that make a vacation more pleasant for a traveler showing up to relax and unwind. A beach towel was placed at the foot of each bed, nightlights placed strategically so that the pathway is well lit when you turn the lights off and head off to bed. There are a few light dumbbells available if you're in the mood to workout as well as some puzzles and books to keep you busy on a rainy day or when taking a break from the beach. I can't say enough positive things about this condo and our vacation.

Ocean Front Beauty

Such a joy to wake up each morning in this nautically themed condo to a beautiful Atlantic sunrise. The patio is a wonderful place to enjoy the ocean views any time of day. The complex was very quiet and clean with folks just enjoying the outdoors with their children and dogs. Easy access to the beach with beach chairs and towels already provided is a definite plus. Plenty of parking, clean, well stocked kitchen. There is also a pool within easy walking distance. Definitely would stay here again! Happy travels!
