Cozy home one mile from Zilker Park - Side A

PLEASE NOTE: We have operated many years with great reviews on other platforms and only recently added our property to VRBO. We hope you won't let the lack of reviews steer you away. Contact us with any questions.

Your space is a 2.5 bedroom duplex (Unit A) that's a great base camp to enjoy the center of Austin. Very close to majority of Austin's best entertainment, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Enough beds for a large family or group of friends.

You will have a full kitchen stocked with plenty of dishware, silverware and pots and pans to enjoy meals. The living room has a big screen TV connected to Netflix and other services upon request. There is a dining area and a private outdoor area to relax in the morning or after a long day out.

Additionally, you have one covered parking space, if needed, and a laundry room for your use.

The first bedrooms has it's own bath and 2 queen beds. The second bedroom has 1 queen and 1 full bed. There is loft space above the living room which has 2 queen beds and there is a shared bathroom in the hallway.

Please note that this is an older home and does have some aesthetic quirks, but nothing that will affect your stay.

The other side of the duplex may be available if you need more space, ask for details!

The neighborhood is charming, tree lined, and quiet. Nestled on a hill just above Zilker Park, it is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Austin and just a short drive to downtown.
