Empty and dirty

The house was furnished at a bare minimum. Pool towels were old extremely thin, no extra sheets, very few bath towels and the kitchen was not stocked to support any type of meal prep. And the cushions pictured on the pool furniture is not ehat was there. The cushions were so thin, we preferred to roll up towels and sit on the ground and put our feet in the pool. In regards to cleanliness, the white couch was so filthy, we stripped the unused beds of their sherts and placed them on the couch to sit on it. In the master bedroom, we found ants in the drawers and never unloaded the luggages because of it. There was also a press on fingernail on the pool deck that was seemingly from a prior guest. Overall, unkept and empty. Luckily it was a short stay with friends and i didnt have my kids with me.

Could be a lot better

Upon arrival we realized that there was zero cell phone service and the Wi-Fi info that was sent in the welcome email was incorrect. We had family meeting us and we were unable to reach them to give them directions because there was no service. If you don’t have the Wi-Fi info then you have to drive out of the community to the next entrance before you get any service. It would be nice to have an information book on everything in the house for when you arrive with Wi-fi passwords, community pool times, trash disposal info, general things like that. The carpet upstairs is crunchy and the tacks from the tack strips on the stairs kept coming up. Our kids stepped on the nail strips multiple times on the stairs. There were no dish towels, even though there was a sign that said to not leave dirty dishes in the sink. Yes, there’s a dishwasher, but we found it odd that there were no kitchen towels. We went out and bought some. The TV’s upstairs didn’t work. And it gets hot in the upstairs bedrooms that don’t have fans in them. Only the master upstairs has a ceiling fan. To use the BBQ you have to pay an extra $50 but there were no grilling tools or anything to clean the grill with. Also, there was no way to light it. Once we bought a lighter we found that it only cooks on high, so it made it difficult to cook correctly. The pool is small, but nice to have. It was dirty the first couple of days. It had a bad smell coming from it as well, but then someone came and shocked and cleaned the pool. Our son had a reaction to whatever they put in the pool, but luckily after a day the pool was better. The community pool is nice, but they don’t allow any outside food or beverages. It is walkable from the house, which is nice. The house was decently clean, although you can see dust on vents and blinds.

Great Location and Space

We had such a fun time here! The kids enjoyed the pool and the park that was in walking distance. The location is great with a nearby Walmart, Target and Publix. We enjoyed a day at Seaworld only minutes from the house. Would come here again!

Great location

The condo was nice but wasn't great with kitchen supplies. We contacted the property manangement by email 4 times and never received a response regarding issues with our place.

Would come again

We liked the neighborhood but the townhouse could use a deep cleaning. The downstairs toilet needs to be tightened, better furniture outside and the bathrooms/carpets were pretty dirty. If they did a deep clean and a few more things to cook- it would be great. All in all, we'd stay again but it could be better.

Unsanitized and broken house

When we arrived the house was not sanitized as they said in the property page. Carpet was not cleaned, it was dirty you had to be always with shoes upstairs and downstairs otherwise we got dirty feet, the master bathroom upstairs was not cleaned properly. The WiFi was not working as they told us and it didn’t appeared in the search. The second room upstairs with double bed is semi broken. The toilet in the bathroom downstairs is not fixed to the floor and it moves when you sit. The bed downstairs had dust all over. We called, messaged and emailed the property owner and it did not resolved the issues, because he needed to send someone and we were out of the house and with our personal belongings inside the house. This should have been resolved before we arrived not after we arrived. Standards are standards and if we paid for cleaning we deserved a house in the circumstances showed in the pictures. Not recommended for nexts trips.
