The Space coast awaits you.You will enjoy trips to Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World just one hour and 15 minutes away. Wake up to beautiful sunrises from your master bedroom
This is Three townhouses all private entrances.
There are two 3 bedrooms in each.Two master bedrooms upstairs one king and one queen both with private bath. The main master has patio access for upstairs Downstairs there is one bedroom with 2 twin
Kitchen and living area downstairs. Come in the summer to watch the turtles lay there eggs or get up with the sun for a walk to watch the babies going to sea quite an experience. We also can watch the space launches from the house the night one are great
There is a washer and dryer upstairs
The patios downstairs and upstairs patio are not private
We have a beautiful place for you to plan your next vacation

Great beach getaway!
We enjoyed our stay and will go again if we have the chance. The host is nice and stays in the center unit so it's quiet and the common areas give you a chance to relax with the view of the ocean. It's a beach house with some dated finishes not a 5 star resort. But it was reasonably clean and priced well for what it offers. would recommend to anybody.

Great Location not so great house
The location is privileged, in front of the beach and we had a wonderful time, but the house is very deteriorated and dirty. The floorboards on the front facing the beach are rotted and the rusty screws are protruding, as well as on the external staircase that leads to the terrace, the steps are loose because the bolts and screws are so rotted which the It is very dangerous, so much so that we closed it with a chair to prevent anyone from using it and getting hurt (I cut myself the first day when one of the boards came loose and I almost fell). The cleaning inside the house is minimal, upon arrival we had to clean and wash the inside of the refrigerator because it was so dirty with the smell of seafood. The grill is useless, completely rusted and works on gas but of the 3 knobs only one turns it off and on, the other 2 do not work and keep the gas coming out constantly, they do not allow you to close them, so if you want to cook with only one of the knobs and closing The lid of the grill can easily have an explosion due to gas accumulation. Because I realized this there was no accident when I tried to use it. It has never been cleaned and we had to go buy some grates to cook on because using the grill grates would poison you.

Relaxation at its best!
Nothing beats falling asleep every night to the sound of waves crashing against the shore. House is clean, comfortable, and right on a quiet beach. Spectacular beach views and plenty of chairs to enjoy the decks. This property has everything you need to have a great vacation. Debbie, the on-site owner, and her sweet dog Roxy were fabulous host. Easy, worry free check in and communication. Definitely a perfect location to relax and enjoy time with family.

If you like the beach this is the place to stay. It was great waking up and watching the sun rise up over the ocean every morning from our deck and then taking a long walk on beach. I will definitely stay her again.

Location, location, location!
Debbie is located right on beautiful Melbourne Beach. We lucked out with a week of sunny, 80 degree weather. The house was well equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards and outdoor seating to view and listen to the waves all day and night. Having three bedrooms and three bathrooms was great while traveling with friends. Debbie was also very helpful with our questions. Thanks for a wonderful, relaxing week.

Perfect! Parfait!
We had a pleasant stay. The house is big. All amenities are present. The beds are very comfortable. And what about the ocean view, it's just amazing. We have beach access directly from the yard. Beach chairs are available. Very good communication with Debbie. I highly recommend. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est grande. Toute les commodités sont présentes. Les lits sont très confortable. Et que dire de la vue sur l’océan, c’est juste incroyable. Nous avons accès à la plage directement à partir de la cour. Des chaises de plage sont à notre disposition. Très bonne communication avec Debbie. Je recommande fortement.

Location is great. The unit rented is about 1/3 of the house shown in the picture. So access to beach and upper deck are shared with the owner group. Owner is friendly. Has a friendly dog. Location is great but far away from restaurants and grocery stores! The unit is clean. Some of dishes/some of cookwares were not clean. Kitchen cleaning sponge was not new

Exceeded our expectations. Direct access to the beach that never had more than a dozen people within view at any given time. Roomy, clean, and stocked condo. Very friendly and helpful owner with her beautiful and friendly dog on the property. Supermarket a short drive down the road. Couldn’t ask for anything more. We will definitely be back!

100 feet from the beach, and our host was nothing but wonderful. she had tips and suggestions. it was such a pleasure speaking with her. We did not get to see in live turtles but did see lots of turtle nests. We were able to witness a launch of a rocket taking satellites to space. Just a great experience all and all

Awesome little beachhouse! We had a great stay, everything was so chill. We saw the sea turtles and caught some waves! Would def stay here again! The sweet doggy Sandy was so nice too haha!
