Perfect holiday home, just 500 meters from the beach of Can Generoso in Puerto de Soller, in a very quiet area without noise. The apartment is completely renovated, with 3 terraces and decorated with great taste and comfort. It has three bedrooms, two of them double bed and the third room with a single bed (accommodation for 5 people), also has a large bright living room that gives access to a very sunny outdoor terrace with wonderful views of the Tramuntana Mountains, It has a fully equipped kitchen so you can have everything you need during your stay. The house has two bathrooms, one of them en suite and the other with hydromassage so you can relax on your vacation. Free Internet connection

The house has a very good location and you will not need a car to get around, there is a supermarket 200 meters away, bike, motorcycle and boat rental.

The Puerto de Soller has a variety of restaurants, bars and spectacular recreational and leisure activities that will make you enjoy your stay like never before. You can also enjoy the wonderful mountain we have in Soller, with routes for excursions on it, both on foot and by bicycle.

El Puerto de Soller offers every Thursday an outdoor market 100 meters from the house with local products from Mallorca, handmade products, etc., it is very interesting and beautiful.

We think that it is the perfect place for a perfect holiday as well as for families with children and couples, because being furnished with great taste and comfort, it is 2 minutes from the main beach and close to all your basic needs.

Beautiful apartment with great location

A great apartment with beautiful views from the balconies and only a short walk from the ocean. The apartment was very fresh and had everything you could need during the visit. A great parking space was available which made the car experience much easier. The host was very easy to contact

Grosszügiges Appartment in idealer Lage

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, bei Wünschenund Fragen wurde schnell reagiert. Die Lage ist perfekt, 200m vom Busbahnhof, Supermärkte und das Meer dicht dabei . Die Sonne kam 9Uhr über die Berge ( eine wirklich schöne Aussicht)und schien auf die Terrasse, leider war sie gegen 12Uhr dann verschwunden, so dass es im April manchmal frisch war. Abends sassen wir manchmal im augewärmten Wintergarten nach hinten raus. Dort kann man auch die Scheiben aufschieben und Sonne reinlassen. Die Wohnung war perfekt für unseren Mehrgenerationsfamilienurlaub.

Excellent location!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is ideal. First, Port de Soller is a charming place to stay - we visited several other places on the island and while lovely, we felt fortunate to be staying at Port de Soller. The apartment is an easy walk to the beach, to a grocery, to multiple restaurants, and a great park. Traveling with a child, we spent hours at the park, which was a great place for us to meet people living in Mallorca , who provided great feedback on what to do while we are on our the island. The balconies of the property (there are two!) were wonderful places to relax and enjoy the view of the mountains. The property manager met us on site and provided a thorough overview of the property and also was kind to give us an overview of Port de Soller and recommendations for restaurants. I highly recommend and will definitely be looking to visit here again.

Perfekt beliggenhed i Port De Sóller

Skøn stor lejlighed med en perfekt beliggenhed. Vi blev godt modtaget af Pau. Han gav os alle de vigtigste informationer vedr. stedet og omgivelserne. Vi kan stærkt anbefale restauranten “Sol I Sombra”, der ligger på samme vej. Stedet er ejet af den sødeste familie og de har rigtig god lokal mad. Spis der eller køb takeaway.

Lovely week in Port de Soller.

The apartment is ideally situated for easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops. Only suggestion is that more crockery is provided to cater for 4/5 adults (bowls and glasses).

Fantastic apartment

Shame about the TV

Good space and location. Only criticism was that despite asking twice for a solution, there was no response to us identifying a broken TV cable box and a blocked Netflix account, which meant no access to the advertised TV for the whole stay.

Nice flat in residential area, 350 meters from the beach

Nice flat with two bedroomns, good sized living room and two balconies. Some of the facilities need updating, and the kitchen and dining equipment needs attention.

Chouette appartement spacieux avec 2 belles terrasses et bien situé, à proximité immédiate du centre. Deux aspects négatifs cependant: - les aboiements des chiens du voisin dès le petit matin - communication difficile avec l'agence pour l'organisation de l'arrivée et du départ (pas de réponse aux mails et SMS pour la remise des clés, personne à l'heure convenue pour notre départ)

Sehr schöner Balkon, gute Lage

Das Appartment ist hell und mit allem komplett ausgestattet. Einrichtung ist nicht mehr das neueste aber alles sauber und gut gepflegt. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist 300 m, zum nächsten Geschäft 150 m. Die Straße ist sehr ruhig. Besonders genossen haben wir das tägliche Frühstück auf der großen Terrasse mit wunderschönen Ausblick in die Berge von Sollér. Hinweis für Familien: Mit Kleinkindern bitte aufpassen, das Geländer ist nicht kindersicher wegen der großen Abstände der Pfeiler. Sogar unsere Dreijährige hätte durchgepasst.

Großzügige Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der großzügigen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Der Kontakt zum Property Manager war prima. Ein kleines Problem mit dem Fernsehempfang wurde umgehend und bereits am Folgetag gelöst. Die Sauberkeit war gut. Einziger, kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien, die, hätten wir für vier Personen kochen wollen, etwas zu gering ist.

Un bel appartement

L'appartement est situé au troisième étage et est à cinq minutes de la plage de Porto Soller. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette jolie station balnéaire. Tout est à proximité : petit supermarché, plage, restaurant, randonnée. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Bref nous en sommes repartis ravis. Seul petit bémol peut être : les chiens du voisinage qui aboient beaucoup.

Completely fair deal

Property is correctly described and ideally located with only five mins walk to beach and shops. Sensible accommodation for practically minded people. Although not a luxury apartment, it offers a lot for sensible money. The agent Mar was excellent in keeping up a good level of communication before our visit. She even booked taxis to and from the airport which worked out perfectly (more to the point, a local firm and cheaper than online). One or two niggles during the week were quickly dealt with. As in the review title, this apartment represents a very fair deal in a small town where prices are often as high as the market will stand.

Family journey

It was super for five persons and waking distance to the beach, supermercado and restaurants; about 300 meters. There were a busstop within a two minutes walk. So the property was very central. I can really recommend it!

Perfect Mallorca Base

Was the perfect property to base my family on a holiday. My elderly mother and her friend could wander down to the beautiful waterfront while I was cycling. Port de Sóller being exactly in the middle of the cycling region allowed me to explore all of the famous routes. Top notch cycling rental in walking distance. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. All the amenities needed for a self-contained holiday (kitchen, laundry, etc). Pro tip, use Youtube videos if you are not familiar with the appliance brands.

Good location and reasonable accommodation

The apartment is on third floor of an apartment block and be advised there is no lift. It is located within a 10 minute walk of several small supermarkets and the beach side bars and restaurants. The apartment is quiet and of a reasonable size for 4 people, although it does sleep 5, (there's one double with en suite, one twin and one single, the latter two sharing a second bathroom.) There's a garage space in the basement and as two of us had hired bikes that was very useful to store them. Negatives are weak and intermittent water supply to both showers, poor fittings (e.g. some of the kitchen cabinets wouldn't shut because they were badly installed) and the lack of decent cutlery and crockery (e.g. 3 wine glasses?) As the latter has been mentioned in historic reviews that should really be addressed. Booking was easy and the 'manager' Mar was very efficient so plenty of positives just let down a little by some of the details, another example of which was that there were no instructions for things like electrical appliances and no local information provided (although it was easy enough to find out ourselves).

Fantastic stay

Wonderful. Only 3 minutes walking to the beach

Enormous apartment overlooking the mountains - couldn't be in a better location in Port Soller. Tastefully decorated, clean, bright - fully furnished, its got everything you'd need and more. Shops, cafes, supermarkets, all the activities less than 3 minutes walking. Private parking space was great. We were mainly surprised by how big and bright it was and the fact that it is in such good shape! Great place - would love to go back!!

Zum wohlfühlen perfekt

Die Wohnung war groß, alles hat gut funktioniert und die Vermieterin hat mich gleich zur Begrüßung freundlich in alles eingewiesen. Sehr ruhige Gegend und 3 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Garage und WLAN waren ausgezeichnet Ich würde jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.
