For your holidays in La Rochelle, we offer a house for 4/6 people renovated in April / May 2019 located 2 steps from the city center.

Its location allows you to visit La Rochelle without using your car (5 minutes from the train station, 10 minutes from the old port and the Aquarium, 20 minutes from the beaches).

On the ground floor:

Maison très fonctionnelle et agréable à vivre.Par ailleurs le logement est très très bien placé pas rapport au centre ville qui est donc facilement accessible à pied (ou mode en transport en commun).

Merci à Élodie et son conjoint pour leur accueil chaleureux et les gourmandises offerts aux enfants et aux adultes! De plus, ils répondent rapidement à la moindre demande : besoin d’un fer à repasser, celui-ci m’a été fourni quelques heures plus tard. Le logement est spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Il est très bien situé et nous avons pu nous garer juste devant le garage pendant toute la durée de notre séjour. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans votre jolie ville.

Zentrumsnah und trotzdem ruhig; nette Gastgeber; super Ausstattung; sehr empfehlenswert
Schöne Ferienwohnung mit einer top Ausstattung mit allem was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Super nette Gastgeberin, die allerdings nur französisch spricht. Trotzdem klappte die Kommunikation schriftlich und auch persönlich sehr gut (ich spreche leider nur sehr wenig bis gar kein französisch). Zentrumsnah gelegen, sodass man das Auto auch gut stehen lassen kann. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!!

Formidable location
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location. Proprietaires adorables qui nous ont superbement bien acceilli dans une location tout confort. Cette location est très propre et tout est fait pour passer un bon séjour, est très fonctionnelle. Est très bien situé, proche du centre ville et au calme ce qui n est pas négligeable. Superbe semaine à La Rochelle !
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances ! le logement est parfait (super bien aménagé et très comfortable !) pour séjourner et découvrir La Rochelle et ses alentours (Fouras, Rochefort, Fort-Boyard, les îles d'Aix, Oléron, Ré, Oléron...). Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux.

Nous avons très bien reçu dans cette location. Les propriétaires sont charmant et attentionné. Nous avons très bien dormi, que ça soit les aldutes, que les ado ou les plus petite. L appartement est propre et correspond au photo de l annonce. La description de l annonce correspond bien.

La maison est vraiment proche de la gare et du port ce qui permet de se déplacer sans voiture ce qui est fort appréciable vu que le stationnement n'est pas facile dans le centre. Bon séjour et les propriétaires sont très sympas.
