Phoenix on the Bay- views of the Pass! Sleeps 8, 4th floor

This 2 Bedroom 2 bath condo is located in Phoenix on the Bay. The unit can sleep up to 8 guests. Bring your boat because this condo has an assigned boat slip # 44 and the complex has a boat ramp and a fish cleaning station. Trailer parking is available for a low fee of $10/day. Enjoy your day boating, or stay at the complex floating in the lazy river, or lounging by the pool while watching your kids slide down the pool slide. Also on site is a fitness center, sauna, hot tub, indoor pool, tennis courts, and private beach area on the bay. This unit has beautiful views of the Pass. It is perfect for a couples retreat, guys fishing weekend, family vacation or girls trip!
Parking is not included. It is $55 per vehicle (max 2) and paid directly to front desk when you arrive. $55 covers you for the length of your stay.

New rules regarding boats:
1.  all watercraft are to be registered at the POB Service desk
  2.  all watercraft shall have proof of liability insurance ($300k minimum)

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. It was close to all the fun and the pools on property were wonderful. We really loved taking photos on the balcony with the great view. I would recommend anyone interested in going to the Gulf.

The only complaint is that if you get dizzy eat the parking garage will get you. Could have used more paper products but that's not picking, beautiful condo, beautiful location, friendly guests and staff, will definitely return.

A Week Getaway
Our daughter played softball the week we stayed in this unit. It had everything we needed and was very clean. Beds were comfortable and the laundry room was spacious. We are a family of four and had more than enough space. The pool area was great for relaxing and the slide was a plus for the kids. We definitely would stay here again.

The condo was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. Our family really enjoyed our stay and our kids really enjoyed the pool area! The lazy river was relaxing. We went for the 4th of July week, and you can see from multiple directions from the other hotels that were having a fireworks show from the pool. The host were also very quick to respond to any inquiries I had. I definitely will be booking again next year!

We love Phoenix on the Bay and stay at the property every year. This was our first time in this condo and we were disappointed. The cabinets were dirty on nearly every knob…visible build up of dirt on the white cabinets. The light switches were 50/50, sometimes the light came on, sometimes you had to flip it off and on again…almost every switch. The condo is dated, furniture is worn out. This one needs a deep clean and some updating. Outside the condo was fantastic. Boat slip was included which was the primary factor in why we chose this condo. Always love the lazy river and pools at POB. Great area, great property, just not our best experience here overall.

Don’t let summer pass without staying here!!
We are locals and this definitely exceeded our expectations! This unit is VERY spacious and the views from our balcony were wonderful! Lots of shade! The owners communicated very well on any/and all questions. The lazy river and pool were such a great hit! We will def be back! Also, the beds are sooooooo comfy! And the fact that the rooms actually have feeling fans was a win in our books! :)

Another relaxing time
We have stayed in your unit several times. We love the location of your unit because we can sit all day on the balcony without being in the sun. Your unit was very clean and accommodating. We enjoyed our 49th wedding anniversary trip. Phoenix on the Bay is a great place to relax.

The location and views were amazing and there was lots to do to keep everyone busy…from swimming, to fishing, and playing tennis, we had a great time and would definitely go back.

Need to update
Kitchen cupboards were filthy inside! Patio needed a good strong cleaning looked like nothing had been cleaned from previous renters or whenever. The bed in master bedroom needs to be thrown out! King size with huge mound in middle and deep holes on both sides. Awful! Carpet has ripples in it. Needs to be stretched or replaced. Master bathroom also dirty. Mold in jacuzzi tub and disgusting mold on shower curtain liner. Had to replace it myself! Spent the whole first week cleaning and disinfecting!! Had to have a repairman come in 3 times to work on refrigerator/freezer. Still not working correctly. The sofa bed needs to be replaced! Like sitting in a hole and the bed is a joke. The list could go and on! We did contact the owners a few times and I mentioned they needed to fire whoever was doing their cleaning. The place itself is a good location but I would not recommend this condo to anyone! Very disappointed and the pictures online are very deceiving. It’s a Brett/Robertson building but the owners are not involved with them. Therefore they can get away with not keeping things up to par. Mold everywhere!
