Phoenix on the Bay- views of the Pass! Sleeps 8, 4th floor

This 2 Bedroom 2 bath condo is located in Phoenix on the Bay. The unit can sleep up to 8 guests. Bring your boat because this condo has an assigned boat slip # 44 and the complex has a boat ramp and a fish cleaning station. Trailer parking is available for a low fee of $10/day. Enjoy your day boating, or stay at the complex floating in the lazy river, or lounging by the pool while watching your kids slide down the pool slide. Also on site is a fitness center, sauna, hot tub, indoor pool, tennis courts, and private beach area on the bay. This unit has beautiful views of the Pass. It is perfect for a couples retreat, guys fishing weekend, family vacation or girls trip!
Parking is not included. It is $55 per vehicle (max 2) and paid directly to front desk when you arrive. $55 covers you for the length of your stay.

1. all watercraft are to be registered at the POB Service desk
2. all watercraft shall have proof of liability insurance ($300k minimum)

Fantastic location. Straight shot 9 min drive to the wharf. Super clean and large condo. So much space! Owners messaged back quick when I had a question prior to arrival. Staff on site super friendly. Would definitely recommend

Another relaxing time

We have stayed in your unit several times. We love the location of your unit because we can sit all day on the balcony without being in the sun. Your unit was very clean and accommodating. We enjoyed our 49th wedding anniversary trip. Phoenix on the Bay is a great place to relax.

Great location and beautiful condo! Enjoyed our stay at Phoenix on the Bay. Will definitely be back! Whole family so loved the water slide, pools and lazy river!! Second bedroom was perfect for our family.

Enjoyable Stay!

The location and views were amazing and there was lots to do to keep everyone busy…from swimming, to fishing, and playing tennis, we had a great time and would definitely go back.

Need to update

Kitchen cupboards were filthy inside! Patio needed a good strong cleaning looked like nothing had been cleaned from previous renters or whenever. The bed in master bedroom needs to be thrown out! King size with huge mound in middle and deep holes on both sides. Awful! Carpet has ripples in it. Needs to be stretched or replaced. Master bathroom also dirty. Mold in jacuzzi tub and disgusting mold on shower curtain liner. Had to replace it myself! Spent the whole first week cleaning and disinfecting!! Had to have a repairman come in 3 times to work on refrigerator/freezer. Still not working correctly. The sofa bed needs to be replaced! Like sitting in a hole and the bed is a joke. The list could go and on! We did contact the owners a few times and I mentioned they needed to fire whoever was doing their cleaning. The place itself is a good location but I would not recommend this condo to anyone! Very disappointed and the pictures online are very deceiving. It’s a Brett/Robertson building but the owners are not involved with them. Therefore they can get away with not keeping things up to par. Mold everywhere!

annual end of summer getaway

we have always stayed next door at Phoenix on the bay 2 ,and found this unit as good or even better . we had a little trouble with keypad but owners answered right away and took care of us. it was the most well stocked unit we have ever rented. If i had any one suggestion, it would be get a new master mattress. maybe personal preference, but it was very, very soft and not comfortable for us. otherwise...perfect!

Enjoyed every minute

We had 4 adults and 4 kids under 8 years of age. Location on the bay was great and the view from the balcony out onto the property was gorgeous. The condo was great and we will definitely book it again for our next summer vacation.

Great Condo!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! The beds were very comfortable. The view from the porch was amazing, and this condo came stocked with everything we needed for our vacation. The owner was very responsive and attentive to any questions or concerns I had as well. The poker table was definitely a plus as well! I'd highly recommend this condo to any friends or family going to stay at Phoenix on the bay.

Close to amenities!

It was a great place. It was very clean and has everything we needed. Bed was comfortable, balcony was a great size. My only complaint with the Phoenix’s, in general, is that they charge extra for parking ($25-30/day). This would be a game changer for people traveling on a budget. But, overall, the place was nice and the on site management company was friendly.

Perfect location especially if you have a boat.

The owner is very helpful and the unit has an amazing view of the bay. There are amazing pools, lazy river and hot tub to enjoy as well. Will definitely be returning. Staff on site is great too. This was our second stay and can’t wait to go backs Kathy 5/2022

So relaxing! Best view of all the condos! Easy to check-in! Very clean! Lots of room in the living/kitchen area! Best place to stay if you have a boat as well! Overall Amazing Easter weekend with family!
